Condo vacation rentals in El Prado

Our family (2 adults/4 teens) fit comfortably in the condo. It was a short, very walkable distance to the base/ski resort. While all of the surrounding condos appear to be close in age, this one was more updated and comfortable that some others where our traveling group/families had. All of the appliances, heaters, fans, doors, etc., were in good working order and well-maintained. This condo is well-stocked and you don't need to bring much with you - other than your skis and boards! Thanks for having us! Angel Fire is a cool family ski spot!

We loved staying here for a ski weekend! Darcie and Rob answered all questions beforehand and were extremely detailed with instructions making it effortless to find. Less than 5 minute drive to the ski hill and about 25 minutes to get into Taos for dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first stay in Angel fire and what a wonderful day it was. This cozy little condo was perfect for us and our dogs. It was super clean, and we had everything we needed, and wow, was that bed comfortable! Huge bonus for us: The lift was a 2 minute bike ride away for awesome downhills at the bike park. We don't get to do overnights very often, but this place may change that! Emily is a GREAT host and was super-helpful and always communicative. GREAT place!

The condo was even better than we expected. We traveled with a toddler and 2 dogs. If you are looking to summit Mount Wheeler or hike to Williams lake this is the place to stay. Trail head is directly across the street. You can also walk across the street and enjoy the Bavarian. Only complaint is we didn’t stay long enough! Great hosts and great place! Views off the deck were amazing!

This place is like the photos and so comfortable. Had what I needed for a great stay with my family for a weekend getaway. Beds are so comfortable. Has a full size refrigerator. Has great kitchenware which is much appreciated. Good location near Eagle Nest Lake for us. Plus, Brenda is helpful and responsive. We hope to stay here every time we come out to the area. This place is a gem.

Great place to stay! Very quiet area with plenty of wildlife right out front. Close to ski area and restaurants. Adequately stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and the living room was cozy. Wood was provided for the fireplace so we took advantage of a nightly fire.

this place was perfect for my son and me! Large studio style place with a huge couch, full bathroom with tub, and a kitchen so you can cook if preferred. Extremely easy check in and location was ideal for skiing. Would stay again!

The chalet was beautiful and had incredible views. Barbara was a very accommodating host and we look forward to returning during the ski season.

We had a wonderful weekend and very much enjoyed the accommodations! The condo is very well stocked and clean. Perfect place to rest after riding the bike park. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Angel Fire!

Pretty good location (walked right down to the lifts, taking just a few mins). Comfy room. Real thin walls though! Don't plan on sleeping too long in the a.m.! (Unless u use ear-plugs!) Rooms have everything that you need. Great views in a beautiful area. Fun family spot.

This place was great. The layout worked incredibly well for my family of 6. We loved our morning routine of huddling around the fireplace and picking out our next adventure on the slopes. Maggie is awesome. Things were not perfect during our stay but Maggie’s hospitality left such a great impression with us. We would definitely stay here again!

If you like the mountains, and you like to ski, mountain bike, or just check out of the world for a week then Ted's place is ideal. It's walkable to the slopes and some restaurants, and a super short drive to all local shops and dives. Ted's place is super nice. It's well maintained, clean and comfortable. The wi-fi supported our x2 remote work needs perfectly. Ted is a wonderful host!

First I must start by saying, this place is a great value! For what we paid during Spring break, it's A 5 STAR RATING! Perfect location for skiers. Fair $. Great use of space. My husband, at 6'4" and over 300 lbs, the short ceilings were a little funny to him but it did not affect his comfort. Jamie has done a great job providing lots of comforts, maximizing living space and that the loft area has its own full bath is awesome! My only criticisms: 1) the beds and pillows could be better so I would just bring my pillow from home next time. The bed creaked and squeaked every time my husband turned but that would not stop me from coming back since the price is fair. 2) Mnt. wifi, UGH! But not Jamie's fault. Hints: You may want to bring some sandwich baggies. Also, showers have a 3-in-1 soap (conditioner, shampoo, body all in one) so you might want to bring a little conditioner. To finish, it's a great place, fairly priced and Jamie is so responsive. We would definitely recommend it!

Great condo in a great location. It was clean and nice with plenty of room. Easy to catch the shuttle to go to the slopes! Would stay there again!

I would definitely stay here again! The place was comfortable and has everything you need plus more. The views are amazing, you can also enjoy watching wildlife from the balcony. Everything you need is close by.

Beautiful condo in a complex with so many amenities - pool, tennis, many walking paths. The patio is HUGE, with comfy chairs, and the view of the mountains is gorgeous; we spent every morning and evening sitting there. Less than a 10 minute drive into the heart of Taos. Perfect!

We’ve stayed here several years in a row over Thanksgiving. It’s a great location-between Downtown Taos and Arroyo Seco (lots of good dining options there!). The property is exactly as described and Monica is always incredibly helpful and responsive. The property is also VERY well stocked. We were never lacking anything in the kitchen or bathrooms.

Place was just as described/pictured. I was pleasantly surprised how clean the place was. Bed was a bit hard, but I honestly prefer hard to soft in terms of comfort. We could easily walk to the Angel Fire slopes with our stuff. Appreciated the convenience of the location.

Condo was clean, well-appointed and perfectly adequate for a stay of a few days in Taos. It's more like a hotel room with a Murphy bed and kitchenette; however, it did appear to have been recently remodeled and updated. The resort has a game room, pool, communal kitchen, lounge area and laundry available for use. The location of the property is walking distance to the plaza, Kit Carson Park, and many other restaurants and attractions. The price seemed a bit high for the actual room, but it was a holiday week so I'm sure that had some bearing on the price.

Scott's place was great, cute cabin, well stocked, great location and he was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Only down side is you could hear everything upstairs and with it being spring break lots of kids stomping around. The ski in/ski out was a small hike since they hadn't gotten much snow, but you could walk down onto the trails. getting back you had to hike up a bit. You can't beat this location!
