The apartment has all the amenities: - Washing machine, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, iron, etc. The accommodation consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and built-in closets, a living-dining room, a full bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace. Everything is on the ground floor, no stairs. Individual entrance and access to the garden from the terrace. This season we will pay special attention to the appearance, cleanliness in the apartment and health security against the coronavirus. Apartment with separate entrance attached to another on the top floor completely independent of each other. The beach is literally across the street (1-minute walk). You won't have to walk in 122°F sun to get to and from the beach. Wi-Fi Prime, one bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, elevator, terrace, swimming pool (June 20-September 15), paddle tennis court, Aqua Gym, and a bar with reduced prices. Surrounded by bars, supermarkets, pharmacy. Island across the way to visit by ferry or to rent paddleboards. There is no parking.

Wonderful family house with 3 bedroom & 2,5 bathrooms - suitable for 6 people & 10 minutes walk to a stunning beach, 20 min. to Portugal & one hour to Seville. We are child friendly with all utilities & you got everything you need to lean back & enjoy your holiday. Babybett, cooking & all kitchen utility, beach stuff, games etc. The townhouse is located at a very nice golf area with pool & tennis court. A parking space is also available, as well as internet. Just come and enjoy.That’s all ;)

You will stay in a cozy apartment on the first floor of a beautiful house not far from the water. You can sunbathe on the balcony and get comfortable with the beautiful furniture. On hot days, you can cool off with a dip in the community pool before heading out for a walk by the river or the beach. Its good location offers services such as bars, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, supermarkets, bakery, pizzerias, etc. (The pool is only available in July and August) Pets are not allowed.

This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. Full bathroom, double room and terrace of about 25 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and as a relaxation area. We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.
