Holiday house Mariscos is situated less than 20 metres from a beautiful bay on the Mediterranean Sea. It situated on the first line towards the sea in the Costa Brava area in Porto de la Selva, Spain. Family and friends gathering. For those who like swimming, snorkelling or sunbathing, there is the bay at a 3 minutes walk. Our house is suitable for couples, families ( with children), friends, business travelers and furry friends ( pets ). Since April 2025 there is glasfiber Wifi and airco.

Comfortable, bright and conveniently located. The village has restaurants and shops with local products. 20 km from the beach, Roses, Llançà, L'Escala... Close to the French border, natural landscapes of the Sierra de l'Albera, bike trails and a route to discover megalithic monuments.

Typical village house, completely renovated and equipped. Very welcoming and convenient. You will find very quiet. It is a house with lots of light. It is located 5 minutes from all the services of the village (pharmacy, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, ...). To go to the beaches there is 15 minutes walking. It is located in a very quiet and calm village area. No problem parking. You will be able to park very close to the house. It does not have wifi.

House with 3 well-equipped bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Very central, three minutes away from the town's large beach. With all amenities nearby, supermarket, clinic, main promenade, Friday market, restaurants, .... In summer, from June 15 to September 15, it is rented from Saturday to Saturday, minimum one week. On the day of departure, the tourist tax for those over 17 years of age must be paid in cash. Flexible check-in/check-out times if possible.

Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.

Beautiful Mediterranean house with lots of charm and stunning views of the entire Bay of Roses. Ideal for couples and families, to disconnect and spend a few quiet and relaxing days, or to telecommute. Sleeps 6 but ideal for 4, two rooms are loft type. Very well lit, it faces south and has windows in all rooms, each window is like a Mediterranean painting. The street where it is located is very quiet and dead-end, only the neighbors use it.
