Holiday house Mariscos is situated less than 20 metres from a beautiful bay on the Mediterranean Sea. It situated on the first line towards the sea in the Costa Brava area in Porto de la Selva, Spain. Family and friends gathering. For those who like swimming, snorkelling or sunbathing, there is the bay at a 3 minutes walk. Our house is suitable for couples, families ( with children), friends, business travelers and furry friends ( pets ). Since April 2025 there is glasfiber Wifi and airco.

Ca La Conxita - rural disconnection for 5 people

Ca la Conxita is a fantastic village house in Les Escaules, a village of about 100 inhabitants, a few kilometers from Figueres. The house has 3 bedrooms: two double and 1 single. A full kitchen with a terrace exit with a barbecue. A large living room (with fireplace) and dining room overlooking the Castle. On the ground floor: the private mini pool to cool you down. The tranquility and silence of the village will allow you to enjoy nature to the fullest around the La Muga River.

Private off-road parking, wi-fi, satellite TV, large sun terrace. The property can accommodate 4 people and 5 occasionally upon request.

The house is located in the heart of the old town. It is an emblematic site that was part of the town's ancient wall. It was restored with a lot of style and good taste. As soon as you enter, the staircase leads up to a large living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, loft-style, with a small terrace and 2 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. On the ground floor there is another studio-type room, with its own private bathroom, with capacity for 2/4 people.

Typical village house, completely renovated and equipped. Very welcoming and convenient. You will find very quiet. It is a house with lots of light. It is located 5 minutes from all the services of the village (pharmacy, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, ...). To go to the beaches there is 15 minutes walking. It is located in a very quiet and calm village area. No problem parking. You will be able to park very close to the house. It does not have wifi.

House with 3 well-equipped bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Very central, three minutes away from the town's large beach. With all amenities nearby, supermarket, clinic, main promenade, Friday market, restaurants, .... In summer, from June 15 to September 15, it is rented from Saturday to Saturday, minimum one week. On the day of departure, the tourist tax for those over 17 years of age must be paid in cash. Flexible check-in/check-out times if possible.

Very well lit, it faces south and has windows in all rooms, each window is like a Mediterranean painting. The street where it is located is very quiet and dead-end, only the neighbors use it.
