When we open the main door, we can observe the sea, the whole gulf of Roses and a large part of the plains of Empordà. The entrance to the apartment is through the main terrace. The entrance hall distributes housing in two parts, one more noble and the other more functional.In this noble part, we will find a large living room and dining room with two large windows overlooking the sea and access to a covered terrace with fantastic views of the beach of Sant Martí d'Empúries and all the notch of the littoral. But also a master bedroom, huge, the most elegant room, with a large bathroom "en suite" and a third terrace, private to it. The functional part of this penthouse is where there are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry.
