Vacation rentals with a patio in El Perellonet

This apartment is exactly what one hopes to find when booking on Airbnb. It's in perfect condition, fully equipped with every possible amenity, and has a special atmosphere that makes you feel right at home and eager to return. We absolutely loved Valencia, but our stay wouldn't have been the same without the kindness of the hosts and the unique charm of the apartment. The location is fantastic, surrounded by points of interest, great restaurants, shops, and parks—and it looks even better than in the photos! Thank you so much Beatriz and Dani!

The apartment is truly incredible, very nice and spacious. It is located a few minutes from the sea or bus/metro stops. I highly recommend it.

Robert’s place is modern, clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the little balcony. Robert was helpful and quick to respond to messages . The apartment is right beside a large shopping centre. Cinema and activities. Walk past that and you come into an old neighbourhood where tapas and drink are much cheaper. It is a good bit outside the centre. We took taxis and it all worked great.

Our stay in Artems appartment was fantastic! The appartment was clean, had airconditioning and had plenty of space. We were very happy with our host Artem, he is friendly and responds quickly! The location is nice, within walking distance of restaurants and the city center. We would definitely return and recommend to others!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is exactly as pictured, gorgeous! The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning robust, and the shower water pressure strong. The hosts left the largest basket of snacks and coffee pods I’ve seen at an Airbnb. The property is centrally located. It seemed like everywhere we wanted to go was only an 11 minute walk away. There were charming restaurants near by with great food. Communications with the hosts were convenient and timely. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Valencia.

A great small apartment but very well equipped. The contacts, from start to finish were perfect and the welcome very friendly. Mutual trust worthy of mention. The location is very quiet, so is the building. The ability to park in the garage is a huge plus. Tram station a 5-minute walk away. I spent about ten days and restful nights. I would definitely recommend this place for a single person or a couple. There is everything you need to feel at home.

Carlos’ place was absolutely perfect! The attention to detail, the thoughtfulness throughout the space. I adored the entire aesthetic and you can tell he really put a lot of time into a perfectly curated relaxing space. He was thoughtful, friendly and very responsive host. Would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to come back!

Parel in Pucol, be quick because this is going to be very popular very soon. Peace, privacy, beautiful, super stay and host is perfect. You do need a car for the excursions nearby. The stay is super local and quiet, keep that in mind / not all restaurants are always open but by car in about 18 minutes in Valencia city center. The house super beautiful, view super, wake up and with a few steps swimming in the sea = magnifique. A direct hit. BUT, as reported, definitely need a car.

It was wonderful staying here. All of our party walked away feeling relaxed, happy and content. Paula was super responsive and helpful when we had questions and we wish we’d stayed longer. Views are stunning, house beautiful and we can’t believe how lucky we were.

It was an incredible experience, the area is very quiet and safe, the property has everything you need, you just have to bring food, it is huge, ideal for going with children, our trip with friends had the place we needed to relax, disconnect, share and rest. The barbecue is strategically located and very comfortable to use. Definitely not 5 but 10 stars. You're sure we'll go back

My wife and I stayed at Inge's house for a wedding weekend along with two other couples, and it was one of the best Airbnb's we've ever stayed at. A beautiful home with an amazing layout, clean, spacious, and an excellent location in the town. Parking for two cars in the garage also a massive bonus. Would highly recommend.

We have been in the house for 4 days, very comfortable, we would definitely repeat. Quiet accommodation with all amenities. If I had to mention a drawback, it's that the mattresses on the single beds were very hard, the jets in the jacuzzi didn't work, and despite lowering the window slats and closing the curtains in the rooms, a lot of light still came in and it was hard to sleep. This doesn't change how good we were, that's why we give 5⭐️.

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

The cottage and especially the garden are great! both are bigger than I expected from the pictures. The location in the nature park and at the beach is very nice! And the kitchen was better equipped than I have ever seen in a vacation home. I am very sensitive to noise so I was glad I had my earplugs for the night with me, as everything is 1 room so you can hear the refrigerator for example. If you are not so sensitive, no problem anyway, otherwise a tip! Furthermore, a wonderful place to rest, I would love to come back in the future :-)

The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

You get what you see on the pictures. Really clean, view to the sea, great kitchen! Its a great place to stay and to de-city for a while. The (beautiful) beach is a 5-10 minute drive and really worth it. Communication is flawless and quick, exactly as it needs to be!

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

We had a great stay at Jana's apartment. It is very well located and really beautiful. It's a bit noisy, but otherwise really quiet at night. We were even allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment a little longer, which was really nice and we appreciated it very much. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Patri is a wonderful, very friendly hostess with a great apartment in the immediate vicinity of Malvarosa Beach. Location: The apartment is about a three-minute walk from the great Malvarosa beach and its long promenade. It is super connected by metro, bus connection and the bike rental system "Valenbisi". There are very good restaurants and shopping in the area. Apartment: The apartment is equipped exactly as described in the listing, with all necessary utensils and some extras. It is really very clean and well maintained. We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. Hostess: Patri is a great hostess who picked us up at the metro. She is a heartfelt hostess and awaits in her apartment with many extras that go beyond the expected level of an AirBnB apartment. Patri is very quick to respond to requests.
