The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

El Retiro del Mar - 1st line and facing the sea

It is in the best area of Cullera beach, with a large glass wall that opens so that the beach is part of your living room. Renovated in 2025 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when we are not there. That's why you'll have all the amenities, such as a dishwasher, food processor, beach chairs, etc. You also have a swimming pool in the building and showers before entering the entrance. It's our dream and now yours too

Single family chalet in the Perellonet area, in development with seasonal communal pool and direct beach access in 1 min walk. It consists of 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms. barbecue/paella grill, living room and a recreation area, terrace approx 70 m, parking for several vehicles and 2 terraces in first and second height overlooking the beach.
