Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Our newly renovated apartment is located in the center of El Médano, with an amazing ocean view, huge terrace and cosy rooms. Few mins walk from the main beach. IMPORTANT: Renovation Notice!! From June until September 2025, the building facade, apartment terrace and pool are under renovation - closed. Expect weekday noise (Mon–Fri, 8:00–15:00). We’re offering a heavily discounted rate during this time—great value for your stay!

Fully equipped kitchen , plenty of towels and spare bedsheets - we equipped our flat so it feels more like home rather than a rental flat. 4 types of coffee makers, juicer, blender, dishwasher and obviously oven and toaster - everything you might ever need in the kitchen.The flat also has a private double garage where you can store your car and sports equipment - cyclists, windsurfers and their families are welcome! :) there's also a swimming pool and kids park in the complex
