Apartment vacation rentals in El Médano

I have just come back from a few days here. Communication with the host is fab they respond very quickly. We explained our flight from Bristol got us in early and they managed to bring check in forward for us slightly. They gave us clear and easy instructions to gain entry to the property. The property is about a ten minute walk from the centre it is lovely and clean and so peaceful. On entering the apartment we were extremely happy it is perfect and smelt very clean. There are three bedroom all of good size and two toilets with one room having a shower. The kitchen is lovely with a huge fridge the only thing it doesn’t have is an oven but this was no issue. The apartment over looks the swimming pool which again was clean and tidy. There are no sun loungers so we bought lie lows to lie on around the pool which came in handy to float around the pool on. All in all we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would recommend to others

We had a fantastic stay at Beatriz's apartment in El Medano. The location is perfect for quick access to the beach and town, but also nice and quiet. The view is phenomenal and we enjoyed use of the well kept swimming pool. The apartment was really well equipped and we appreciated the beach towels and toys. Thanks so much Beatriz for a wonderful stay-we will be back!

A fabulous apartment located right in the centre of El Medano. We loved the little balcony which had a table and four chairs and allowed us to sit in the evening/morning to look out on the square below. Many extras left such as foodstuffs/toiletries/ washing up/beach towels which made everything easier. Maria Rosa gave very clear directions as to check in and was with us in a matter of minutes even though we were around an hour earlier than anticipated. She was also flexible with the check out allowing us to remain into the apartment until 4.00pm as we had an evening flight. This apartment is ideal for couples or families, the nearest big supermarket is only a couple of minutes away. It is very clean and was a really pleasant place to return to after a day at the beach. We would definitely return again and would recommend to friends and family.

We spent wonderful week enjoying our vacation and this apartment.Despite checking at night,we were quickly met and checked in. Apartments is very cozy and clean,view from balcony amazing at any time of the day. Apartments has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. In 5min supermarket, beach, small promenade with restaurants. From this city very easy to get any point on island by car. There are many parking spaces near the house. Communication with owner was also immediately and constructive. thanks for everything.

good apartment with wonderfull two terraces, there was like 50 meters to the beach, and just go outside and you find a wonderful pizzeria and two more restaurants, only 10-12 minutes walk to bigger city where you can find even more restaurants, shops etc. Even the location is near the aiport somehow it did not bothered and was even nice to watch airplanes from the terraces. It was really nice to find not only shampoo and gel but even spf cream and after sun cream, we did not used them as we had our owns, but it was really nice to see that it was thought about it. Calm area.

Perfect place! everything was just great -nothing more you need that makes it super holidays - very clean, full with all accessories you may need, water filter is the best(and delicious water), comfortable beds, everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, big living.with sofa, waste balcoon with a view to close to sea, calm, view on mountains on thr other side, veery vlose to restaurants (very good pizzeria around) and café but also to.shops, city center, shops-Maria very helpful, responding, she helped with taxi when out transport didn't come. surely to recommand!!!! we want to be back to Mara Maria!

The apartment is true to the listing and even better: very nice, comfortable, spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, with all the useful amenities and extra touches. Very good location. Quiet and close to the center and the beautiful beaches of El Medano. Beautiful pool in the residence with few people, perfect for relaxing after a good day. Lola welcomed us with great kindness, availability and good advice. She did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you so much! I recommend it 200%.

We loved staying at Daniela’s place! It was so easy to find from the airport and she was so accommodating to our last minute flight delays! She also gave us great recommendations on where to visit during our stay!

Location is great!! Really close to the beaches, kids playground and walkway along the seashore to the village’s center. The place is very nicely set up. Shared pool is really nice and not crowded at all, we had the best time! Is a beautiful place to get away and enjoy the breathtaking ocean views. We enjoyed watching the windsurfers and kite surfers from the balcony with my morning coffee. Eugene was very nice and a very pleasant host. The triplex is absolutely incredible and such great value. Would go back anytime to this home!!! Thank you so much 😍😊♥️

This was one of the most gorgeous places I have ever stayed. The pictures are beautiful, but it’s even better in person. The view is unmatched, and I truly shed a few tears when I saw it for the first time.🥲 Luc was a great host as well- helped us carry our bags up and was very responsive when I had a question halfway through the stay. Everything was clean, and the place was in perfect walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, and a beautiful black sand beach! Just remember to pack good walking shoes, because the streets are not friendly to heels! 😝 Overall 10/10 stay

Great accommodation and a lovely location, with buses nearby to get to Los Cristianos, Costa Adeje etc. I’d definitely stay at Antonia’s apartment again, beautiful and perfect 👍 I wouldn’t recommend Airport Taxi Transfers, as they were useless and we almost missed our flight home, use the buses instead!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rocios apartment. It's in a fantastic location with stunning views of the sea. The rooftop balcony provided a sheltered spot to relax on one of the windy days. The shops and restaurants are well within walking distance as are lots of beautiful beaches. El Medano is an authentic holiday destination - quiet, friendly and no drunken groups, loud bars or nightclubs. We felt safe and welcome. Thank you El Medano.

Very nice apartment in a luxurious and very well maintained and quiet residence. Very pleasant environment. My only disappointment is the jacuzzi, which I didn't use because of the water quality.

Justyna is a fantastic host! She gave clear instructions with pictures to find the place and find parking. She gave a detailed list of places to eat, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine when we arrived. She was so prepared that I had no questions concerning what was required of us as guests.

Very nice apartment with plenty of space and great views. Good kitchen & equipment, garage, small gym etc. The apartment complex is quiet and well kept, neighbors seem to be retired people. Helpful & friendly host, local tips, flexible check-in and out. Very good experience and recommended for people looking for a nice, quality apartment in a peaceful area!

It was a wonderful holiday. The apartment was beautifully prepared, Mrs. Ivett is a very warm and cheerful person, she showed everything and was always available in case of problems. The apartment has a beautiful view and a jacuzzi. The estate is guarded and has large swimming pools and gyms. From Palm-mar it is close to local more lively towns. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful apartment ❤️

The check in was smooth and the flat very clean Williams was extremely helpful.The view is stunning ,it is a steep walk to the apartment that we didn’t mind but could be tough for some people .I will definateley be returning 😊

Stayed two months at Anna- Maria's villa and had a great time. The villa is exactly as described in the listing- beautiful, peaceful and well located. Communication with the host was always very helpful and responsive. We would not hesitate to stay long-term at the villa again.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely holiday home. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout, which made everything easy from the start. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private pool and jacuzzi were a real bonus — perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The area is peaceful and quiet, even though it’s under a flight path; the planes didn’t bother us at all. There’s a HyperDino supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, which was super convenient. We also ate at Lizzie’s Bistro a couple of times (about a 15-minute walk) — highly recommend it! The food was freshly cooked and delicious. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and would definitely return!
