It is fully equipped and air-conditioned. The apartment is on a second level; you have to climb some stairs. The suite has an alarm system that is deactivated when guests are occupying it. There is only one motion sensor inside the apartment and a camera that takes pictures outside the apartment, which is directed at the door that faces the street.
