The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. Hola, me llamó Gerard. Soy el anfitrión de @MYHOMEPARATI. Me gusta darles la intimidad que se merecen los huéspedes con su propia casa de invitados totalmente reformada en enero de 2024. Podrás disfrutar del espacio exterior para descansar así como de la piscina de uso privado durante la estancia. (Pero hay un poco de visiblidad exterior) Estacionamiento gratuito en el interior de la finca. La vivienda esta situada a 15 minutos de Barcelona y a pocos kilómetros de playas y otros centros.

The property consists of two independent houses on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, intended exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open space, and two terraces for exclusive use. The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In the summer, some of my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.
