Vacation rentals with a patio in El Limón

My family and I really enjoyed it. It was an excellent place, just as described. I think that in the future when I return to Las Terrenas it will be my first choice. The beach was just a few minutes walk away, it wasn't that pretty, it was just very peaceful since it isn't commercially exploited like other beaches. However, there are other options, like Playa Galera, which is a bit close but a very nice experience, since it's my first time in the Dominican Republic. I will return soon.

Nos encantó! El lugar tiene una vista increíble. Todo están muy limpio y ordenado. La cocina estaba muy equipada y además tiene para preparar café 😊 La ubicación es perfecta, ya que es fácil llegar y encuentras muchas cosas cerca, incluso una tienda a uno o dos minutos caminando. Muy seguro si tienes auto. 100% recomendado

Loved staying at Melissa’s place, felt just like home. Great location, beautifully decorated, up to date appliances, etc. I would say the best place we’ve staying in so far at Portillo Residences! Melissa was also ALWAYS available, replied very quickly, and very helpful. I will definitely be back!

Es un apartamento hermoso, tranquilo, con estilo moderno y acabados de lujo. Tienes todo lo que puedas necesitar para divertirte, y muy cerca. Me ha gustado tanto que he ido 2 veces en menos de un mes. Totalmente recomendable. Nuestro anfitrión Alex ha sido muy atento y nos proporcionó toda la ayuda e información que necesitamos para pasarla bien.

A peaceful, soulful tiny retreat We stayed at this tiny apartment in Las Terrenas with my wife and baby, and it was truly a special experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt a deep sense of peace — the sound of birds in the morning, the natural warmth of the wood, and a creative, minimalist design that invites you to slow down and take a breath. The space is small but beautifully designed. Everything is in its place, super clean, organized, and full of personality. It reminded me of a cozy Nordic cabin — simple yet rich in charm — with a tropical twist that makes it unforgettable. Harley was an excellent host, always responsive and thoughtful. You can tell there's love and care behind every detail. If you're looking for a quiet, inspiring place to disconnect and recharge, this is it. We'd love to come back.

Es un buen alojamiento para disfrutar y estar en tranquilidad ya que tiene una de las playas más bonitas de terrenas, el apartamento estaba muy bonito y cómodo, al igual que el complejo. Simplemente todo estaba perfecto, Ingrid es muy buena anfitriona y está muy al pendiente ❤️

La casa es muy bonita y bien equipada, no nos faltó nada. Está en un buen lugar, cerca de la playa y de restaurantes. Me gustó la experiencia y las atenciones de la host. Buen sitio para estar.

We absolutely loved this place — it was truly beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. Clemente was an amazing host: attentive, professional, and welcoming. The house was spotless and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. My family felt very safe throughout our stay. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back. The house is lovely, so nicely integrated into the nature, very stylish, cozy, peaceful and functional. Very close to the center and easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay! And the hosts are very friendly, helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place and would love to come back again

Amazing!!! The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful. The area is very beautiful and the local people are extremely nice. I absolutely love the area and I cannot wait to come back. The hosts helped us with EVERYTHING. Found us a driver, great meals, cleaners, helped with excursions, helped us translate, found us a chef, and got us transportation to and from the airport. I could not have asked for a better trip or better hosts. Everything I needed, they accommodated it. The Airbnb itself is absolutely gorgeous and the backyard area was breathtaking. The beach was walking distance and very clean and friendly. We will be coming back!!!

Nous avons eu un vrai coup de cœur pour la Villa Lomita. Cette charmante maison caraïbéenne se trouve dans une résidence calme et verdoyante. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse ombragée et intime, et la grande piscine. L’emplacement est idéal : tout se fait à pied (plage, commerces, restaurants…) J’ai pu télétravailler dans d’excellentes conditions grâce à une connexion internet fiable et deux espaces de travail bien aménagés. Un lieu paisible et confortable, juste parfait ! Merci à Mélissa pour sa gentillesse et la qualité de son accueil.

Excelente lugar para familias grandes, el complejo es super tranquilo y la playa el anclon muy tranquila y prácticamente privada. La casa está completa y super espaciosa, sin duda mi familia y yo volveremos.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Ausstattung ist super, alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist gut. Allerdings finde ich es abends zu Fuß in die Stadt etwas unangenehm. Es ist dunkel und laut! Uns haben früh morgens die Hähne, Hühner und Hunde geweckt. Abends war von allen Seiten Musik bis spät zu hören. Für Ruhe suchende also etwas schwierig. Aber wir fanden es sehr authentisch und hatten Spaß daran. Las Terrenas bietet sehr viel, für jeden ist was dabei. Eine tolle Umgebung. Katrin war uns mit Auskünften über die Gegend und Unternehmungen immer behilflich. Die Klimaanlage, bzw. der gesamte genutzte Strom für den Aufenthaltszeitraum, muss extra bezahlt werden. Insgesamt ist diese Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, vielen Dank dafür!

Ya me había quedado en este residencial pero no en este apto y fue un cambio extraordinario. Rosio está siempre atenta y el apto tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de las terrenas. Coincide totalmente con la descripción y todas las comodidades. Recomendado al 100% , esperamos volver pronto!

It was a really nice place the apartment is was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay definitely I will recommend if you want to visit the area you we be close by to all the good restaurants from the area the beach will just going out of the complex!

We've had a wonderful stay at Fabien's apartment. The description, instructions, comunication were top. The apartment Is a real jewel: perfectly furnitured, equipped with all necessary tools, devices, amenities to male you feel home and not to think about anything apart from relaxing at the great beach in front. We were welcomed with a chest of local fruit - super appreciated and the kitchen had everything able to satisfy even a professionale cook (from spices, the, coffee, olive oil, aceto balsamico, ice cubes in the freezer). The linens, towels were super clean and the bathrooms were equipped with creams, balsms, sun protection, sun lotion etc. wonderful and caring host. highly reccomended!

Le logement était très bien avec une vue extraordinaire sur la baie de samana. Logement décoré avec goût, lit confortable, tout fonctionnait bien. parfaitement propre, jolie terrasse face à la mer. proche du centre de samana et du malecon. Résidence sécurisée par un gardien.

Es un lugar que vale la pena por su precio y la ubicación, tiene una vista sin desperdicio al cayo vigia y al puente. El Apartamento es muy cómodo y agradable.

Great location right in front of the beach and next to many, many great restaurants. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Las Terrenas. Carmen was responsive and the instructions to find and get into the place were easy to follow.
