Excellent stay! I'd go back without thinking. It is a comfortable place, tranquility and security reign. Our host was always attentive to every detail and made sure everything was as it was, excellent.

Loved staying at Melissa’s place, felt just like home. Great location, beautifully decorated, up to date appliances, etc. I would say the best place we’ve staying in so far at Portillo Residences! Melissa was also ALWAYS available, replied very quickly, and very helpful. I will definitely be back!

It is a beautiful, quiet apartment with a modern style and luxury finishes. You have everything you might need for fun, and it's very close. I liked it so much that I went twice in less than a month. Totally recommended. Our host Alex was very helpful and provided us with all the help and information we needed to have a good time.

My family and I had a great stay. Very well kept apartment and property. Peaceful and family friendly. We loved the convenient space distribution and decor. Everything in the unit is clean, quality and as good as new, from the shower head to the cutlery and appliances. Our host Julio was friendly, proactive and responded to contact within minutes. My stay at Joseph’s luxury villa in Las Terrenas was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a peaceful, elegant space perched above one of the most breathtaking views I’ve ever seen — Playa Bonita, named one of the world’s most beautiful beaches by National Geographic and now I know why! I was visiting with my brother, and we both appreciated how effortlessly the villa accommodated us. With room for up to six adults, it never felt crowded. The wide terrace and infinity pool quickly became our favorite spots, especially at sunset. Every detail has been considered — from the modern kitchen and cozy living room downstairs to the beautifully appointed bedrooms upstairs with private bathrooms and a shared terrace. Gesnar, the host, was gracious and incredibly responsive. Everything felt intentional — from the peaceful surroundings to the luxurious comfort inside. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

The house is lovely, so nicely integrated into the nature, very stylish, cozy, peaceful and functional. Very close to the center and easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay! And the hosts are very friendly, helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place and would love to come back again

Excellent place for large families, the complex is super quiet and the beach the anchor is very quiet and practically private. The house is complete and super spacious, definitely my family and I will be back.

Frederique's place was perfect: casita in the back of her beautiful home and garden, around the corner from “La Playita” (white sand, little sargassum and pay stalls) and 12 min from downtown. Full kitchen (with some complimentary things to cook), multi-speed ceiling fan, meshes, mosquito net and incense repellents that kept us insect-free. Abundant breakfast with fruit, baguette, things for bread and tea (we were even able to take what we had left!). Frederique contacted us with her tour agency friend to organize our excursion to Los Haitises and Cayo Levantado (with the binoculars of Frederique included) and also introduced us to Caquito(excellent person), who took us by motorcycle to Playa Rincón and picked us up when going to and from Samaná. Frederique has five adorable and playful dogs that accompanied us everywhere We will always be grateful for Frederique's kindness, warmth and hospitality, we take you in our ❤️

I had already stayed in this residential complex but not in this apartment and it was an extraordinary change. Rosio is always attentive and the apartment has everything you need to enjoy Las Terrenas. It fully matches the description and all the amenities. 100% recommended, we look forward to returning soon!

Although not directly on the beach, it is a 3 walk. There is a nice pool in the compound. The playa Bonita community is great Walking distance to fun restos. Loved the main pool, gorgeous The condo is well appointed with a lovely terrace. Its really quiet in the complex Overall, great value

We loved our stay in Las Terrenas so much that we were sad we booked only one night! The apartment was beautiful, fully equipped and modern! we enjoyed the swimming pool outside and privacy of the place. We had a movie night since there is a huge sofa and TV in living room. There is a little bit of walk to the center, but still we enjoyed it so much!

It's a place worth it for its price and location, it has a great view of the watchtower and the bridge. The apartment is very comfortable and pleasant.

Daniel is a Super Host in every sense of the word. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable, it is about 600 meters from the beach, which makes it cool and pleasant at all times.
