Dreaming on the sea.

From an old fishermen house we have created two completely indipendent houses on the sea with their own terraces, with a stair that descend directly to the sea and with two small pools,one on each house. The house in question has four bedrooms,a kitchen,a living room and three sea view terraces located a few meters from the sea.On the ground floor terrace there is a small but beautiful marble jacuzzi/pool. On the second floor terrace there is an outdoor shower overlooking the sunset.

Apartment located on the 2nd floor of the house. Access by an independent external staircase. Bedroom + Living room + Kitchenette + Bar + Private bathroom (shower) + Balcony + Roof Top access Paid or unpaid sexual relations with young Cuban or Cuban people are strictly prohibited in Villa Samantha. Guests are prohibited in the house both during the day and night. The home is for Airbnb tenants only. Exceptional view and access to the nearby sea (30 meters).
