La casa está ubicada en la carretera que lleva al Río San Juan a 600 m. del centro de la comunidad un poco apartada, pero lo bastante cerca para acceder caminado en solo 10 mn. y a 1.5 Km de la Estación del Viazul, tenemos 2 habitaciones privadas de 10 m2 cada una con 2 camas, aire acondicionado, agua caliente y fría, toallas, etc. contamos con los servicios básicos, estamos cerca del Hotel Moka y de la Subestación eléctrica, tenemos mucha vegetación alrededor de la casa y una vista hermosa.
