The owner proactively communicates and is very friendly! The place seriously sleeps 4 adults, as there is a futon and convertible 8 foot couch in the living room! Lakefront Village is an amazing location! Will look to return to this unit and recommend it to all of our friends and family!

Great place to stay. My daughter loved the pool, hot tub, and activity center. Casinos and ski resorts in close proximity. Short walk to the edge of the lake. With a baby, having laundry facilities down the hall was also extremely helpful. Your room card will get you into the free parking lot. Deposit for the stay ended up only being $100. 10/10 would recommend!

The location is beautiful. The bathroom is a nice sized bathroom. The room does not have AC but the front desk was able to provide a portable AC. I do wish the kitchen had better knives and utensils to help with cooking, but we managed.

Great very spacious condo at the Hilton Vacation Club. Fully furnished with everything you need and fully stacked kitchen. The unit even has a fireplace. Great location, right next to the lake with plaza restaurants and shops around. 4 min drive to Heavingly ski resort and on the path of heavenly shuttle. Very convenient location. The host was great and very responsive ! Great value !

Nice place. Very clean and had nice towels, blankets. If you drink coffee bring a mug. The cups there are very small. Check that the code to enter the building after 11pm is current, before it's after 11pm. Code had been changed by the property. Host was quick to respond with correct code. After a 4 hour concert, standing in the cold was not fun. :) Overall a great place to stay in Tahoe, really nice place.

We loved our stay; the location by the gondola; the spacious rooms; the kitchen; and amenities (pool, etc). Would recommend! Just keep in mind that there is a confirmation process after you book. The host needs to send your info to the Timber Lodge and receive a confirmation number. For us, that took several days. The host delivered and we had a great stay!

Can’t say enough about Alan and his location. His communication was superb and have no complaints at all.

This was a lovely place to stay. Very comfortable, the host was very easy to communicate with, and the views were amazing. I can see myself making this a consistent getaway!!

This is our second stay at Robert’s place. He greeted us personally even when we arrived late in the evening and helped us check in. We stayed in the smaller room of the two room villa which was very comfortable and felt like a luxurious hotel room. The room had a queen bed and a sofa bed which was OK to sleep in. The Marriott staff was super responsive and replenished room supplies with in 30 minutes upon request. The room also has a very nice bathroom with a bathtub, a small kitchenette with a microwave and a small fridge. There is also a coffee maker in the room which we used everyday (bring your own ground coffee since the provided ones aren’t that great) . The room overlooks the pool and the three big and small hot tubs. In the morning they have aerobics sessions in the pool so you might want to keep your windows closed if you are not participating. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tubs which are open until 10pm. Parking can be a challenge if you decide not to pay for the $32 valet fee. We ended up parking behind the hotel and used the Flowbird app to keep adding time which ended up being cheaper then the valet. We were out most of the day anyway. Overall, I highly recommend Robert’s place.

We visited Kirkwood during the quiet season and really enjoyed our stay. The area was peaceful and beautiful, and the home was even nicer and more spacious than the pictures showed. We especially liked the comfortable bed, cozy living room, and well-stocked kitchen. One thing we appreciated was how easy everything was, there weren’t a bunch of house rules or a long checkout list like some other Airbnbs. It made the stay feel simple and stress-free. We had a relaxing long weekend and would be happy to come back again.

Location location location. Walking distance to just about anything you could want/need. Valet was easy. Kitchen was stocked. And the pool and jacuzzi’s were the cherry on top. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay. The place is comfortable with full amenities- extra pillows and blankets, full kitchenware, comfortable beds, heated pool. Awesome location and walking distance to lots of stores and restaurants. Great communication with the host.

This place doesn’t feel rented—it feels commandeered. Like you broke into a ski town penthouse built by a retired Vegas illusionist with a taste for fire, silence, and expensive liquor. You rise straight from the garage in a private elevator like some kind of forest-dwelling oligarch, and when the door opens—boom—you’re hit with a rush of heat, space, and possibility. Time bends here. Days vanish into glowing pine light and long drinks. Nights stretch out in a haze of music, laughter, and strange competitive rituals. You lose track of the hour, the weather, your own name. Step outside and the mountains, lake and Edgewood golf course stare back, silent and unimpressed, as if daring you to relax harder. This isn’t a getaway. It’s a beautifully-wired detachment from whatever cursed rhythm you came from. A place to disappear in style and reemerge—hopefully—better dressed and fully thawed.

I was in Tahoe for the LLS bike ride and wanted a place near the Blue Event Center but away from the crowds. This place did not disappoint. It had plenty of space, nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen, separate bathrooms, and a brand new Weber gas grill. Even though there was no AC, were able to manage it comfortably with the electric blinds to block out the sun during the heat of the day and using the ceiling fans. It was perfect for our purposes and we’d stay here again.

The house was gorgeous and a great place for a group of friends to escape stress. The house was an easy distance from Heavenly. Michael was very quick to communicate and was both proactive and reactive when needed. I hope to come back again soon.

Paula's place was wonderful - exactly as described, quite clean and in a great location. It had everything we needed. Paula was also extremely helpful, we appreciated how quickly she responded and how considerate she was.

Our family of 4 had a great stay! The hot tub was awesome and the location was great. Our boys (2 and 5) loved the house and it was great to have 2 separate bedrooms - one for us and one for the kids.

Cabin is in a nice and quiet area surrounded by trees. Check in was very easy and the instructions were very clear. Kitchen had all that we needed. Hot tub was clean and relaxing.

Repeat customer, couldn’t be more pleased with this home and its proximity to sierra at Tahoe makes for a great ski weekend getaway!

Tom, the host, was very friendly, and went out of his way a few times to take care of issues. For example, there was an area power outage that lasted a few hours. Tom had 2 lanterns plus batteries dropped by our house, so thoughtful. He also responded to a leak situation with one of the air conditioning units

My stay at Olga and Josh’s place was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Olga and Josh were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, making me feel right at home.

The room layouts are a bit inaccurate (some of the two bed bedrooms instead only have one bed). However, everything else was wonderful.
