Ha sido una estancia muy agradable, Esther ha estado siempre atenta y realmente nos hemos sentido muy comodos, encontramos siempre parking muy rapido y la zona ha sido muy tranquila. Mejoraría un poco el baño, pero para lo que fuimos de entrada por salida ha sido aceptable, si tuviéramos que volver seguro repetiriamos!

Excelente espaço, perto da praia e com uma ótima piscina e zona de lazer

Nos alojamos en esta encantadora casa a principios de junio. La casa está muy limpia y totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Si le gusta cocinar, sin duda le encantará el equipamiento de la cocina y la zona de barbacoa. La casa está rodeada por un hermoso jardín que huele a flores. Hay varias zonas de descanso que te permiten relajarte por completo y sentirte feliz. En la segunda planta hay un gran balcón donde puedes pasar la noche en una cómoda cama con dosel, disfrutando del cielo estrellado y el aire fresco. La casa es segura, lo cual es muy importante cuando se viaja con niños pequeños. Quedamos muy satisfechos con este lugar paradisíaco. Isabella es una anfitriona atenta y fue un placer tratar con ella. Sin duda volveremos aquí.

Cristina's place is amazing and she's a perfect host. We stayed here with a toddler and baby and were very comfortable. Close to the beach and to an awesome bakery, the beds are comfortable so you will get a good night sleep, and the 2 outdoor patios are five stars. The home is esthetically beautiful, you can see Cristina's artistic eye in the way the home is decorated. Cristina made available everything we possibly wanted - beach towels, umbrellas, even suncreen! There's a big difference between staying at an airbnb managed by the owner vs one managed by an agency. Cristina was very hands-on, she met us at the home when we arrived and throughout our stay was very attentive to our needs over text. She gave us many recommendations, almost every place we ate at was Cristina-recommended and was a good experience. I can't say enough about the many thoughtful touches in this airbnb experience. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Valencia if we visit again.

Super Ort mit einem ruhigen Haus in entspannter Lage. Die Eigentümerin,Helene, ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, hat sogar auf Nachfrage einen neuen Wasserkocher zur Verfügung gestellt. Hervorragende Kommunikation gehabt. 10/10 überaus zu empfehlen

We absolutely loved our stay ❤️ The house was clean and exactly as described including amenities. The street is quiet but if you go out and walk 200m from the house, you will find coffee shops, restaurants and cocktail bars and a lively square :) 10/10

Emplacement parfait, il est possible de se garer facilement sans payer, l'appartement est mieux que sur les photos, la terrasse sur le toit est fraîche, il y a un barbecue également. la communication avec Angels était parfaite, toujours à l'écoute, et aux petits soins pour nous. on reviendra sans hésitation. merci pour ce séjour

Très beau logement parfaitement conforme à la description. Nous avons passé un excellent service à 10 avec des hôtes aux petits soins. Très réactif et compréhensif, tout à était fait pour nous faciliter l’arrivé et le départ. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés pour passer d’excellentes vacances calme, paisible et proche d’une magnifique plage non envahi par les touristes.

Casa impecable y nueva. Horarios flexibles para llegar e irse (eso dice mucho del alojamiento). Todo ordenado y en perfecto estado. Estuvimos 8 en la casa y sin problemas de espacio ni nada. Muchas terrazas para comer/cenar que al ir en grupo es un gustazo. Muy recomendable.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely fantastic—just a 2–3 minute walk to a beautiful beach, which made our mornings and evenings extra special. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together. The house has 5 bedrooms, which worked well for our group. While the rooms are more compact than expected, they’re comfortable and functional. It’s worth noting that the house is best suited for around 6 adults with kids, as space can feel a bit tight for larger groups. Some small quirks like a few windows that didn’t open/close easily and occasional pauses in the air conditioning didn’t affect our overall experience much. Also, there is private parking available—which is a great plus—though it took us a bit to figure it out as there were no clear instructions. Overall, it’s a cozy place in an unbeatable location. If you’re not expecting a huge villa and are okay with a more compact setup, it’s a great choice for a beachside

Monika es una anfitriona encantadora. Siempre ha estado atenta a todo. El apartamento está impecable y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Hemos pasado unos días increíbles.

La casa estaba preparada, todo tipo de servicios dentro de ella, limpieza fenomenal, unas vistas increíbles, la piscina pese a ser comunitaria estuvimos solos. Raquel facilitadora, muy buen trato y servicial.

Primerisima linea de playa, no faltaba de nada en la casa, estuvimos muy cómodos y la atención de Mary impecable.

Casa in posizione ideale, sul mare ed a pochi chilometri da Valencia.

A lovely terrace full of character and reflective of the beautiful architecture of the El Cabanyal area. Loved the floor tiling and styling of the apartment. We really enjoyed staying in this neighbourhood, as opposed to the old town which is very busy. Was so relaxed and we felt like locals. Had a great meal at the nearby Anyora - highly recommend!

Picanya es un lugar precioso,todo lleno de flores,se nota el compromiso de la gente con su pueblo. el transporte público volverá a estar pronto en funcionamiento pero existen alternativas de transporte mientras tanto esperamos volver pronto ,un abrazo y gracias 🌸🌸

Sono stata 10 giorni in questo alloggio e mi sono sempre sentita come a casa. Pilar è carinissima e sempre disponibile, in qualunque ambito. Abbiamo chiacchierato spesso e mi ha sempre aiutata quando poteva. L'alloggio è fantastico, molto comodo e pulito. Consiglio a chiunque di soggiornare da Pilar.

그동안 머물렀던 에어비엔비 중에 단연코 최고 중의 최고이다 . Izar의 마음이 이 아름다운 집에 다 담겨 있다. 이 곳은 여행자가 머무는데 그 어떤 것도 필요하지 않을 만큼 모든 것이 완벽하게 갖추어져 있다. 머무는 동안 너무 편안하고 행복했다. Izar에게 매우 감사한 마음이고 다시 발렌시아에 온다면 이곳에 머물것이고 발렌시아에 오시는 여행객이 있다면 적극 추천한다.

Nous avons passé quelque jours dans cette joli maison et notre séjour à été très agréable. Le logement est à proximité de la plage, d’un supermarché et à 10/15min en voiture de Valence. Notre hôte nous as accueilli avec des petits présents (eau, kinder pour les enfants pour Pâques) ce qui est très appréciable. Le logement disposait de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Merci pour votre accueil, nous gardons le contact au cas où nous revenions par ici 😉

perfect little place to stay to explore valencia, and so close to the beach. we enjoyed all the Easter festivities that were so close. Laura was very quick to respond to messages.

A very nice place for a few days or weeks for an amazing price. Two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, ac and everything you need.

Josephina's place is a big townhouse, very cozy and well-maintained. To my surprise the loft was huge, it looks bigger and better than the pictures. The access is by stairs and there's no door, but you have the whole space upstairs for yourself. It's just one train stop from central Valencia station. Great money value for what you get. Josefina is an amazing host, very lively and open, "enjoy the moment" type of person. The essense of best Valencian spirit for me :)
