Condo vacation rentals in El Cabanyal, Poblats Marítims

We stayed for a week in this apartment. We were with a child and the owners provided us with a cot and a high chair for feeding, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is very convenient, 2 minutes to the sea. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. In the apartment we found many related things necessary for the beach, even a beach tent and we took it when we went to the beach with our child. We were super pleased 😊

Where do we begin? We’ve been traveling for a month and this has been by far our greatest location and host. We were personally welcomed to her home and shown everything we needed to know about how to use the space. She even had a wonderful bottle of wine and croissants waiting for us! She took the time to show us a map of the local area, where all her favorite places were located, and how to use the bus line and metro! Her home is beautiful and so comfortable! You will have everything you need while you are there. The patio area is lovely and very private. We felt very safe at all times in this part of the old town. We didn’t want to leave! If you are even thinking of staying here…do it! It’s a wonderful, comfortable place with a very special host. Thank you so much for everything!!

My stay at this apartment was excellent. The location is unbeatable, perfect for exploring the city on foot. The apartment was spotless: clean, tidy and very comfortable. What really made a difference was José as a host. Their attention and dedication reminded me of the early days of Airbnb, when hosts really went out of their way to give you local tips and make you feel at home. In addition, he had the courtesy of offering me a small sample of the city, which made my experience even more special. I definitely recommend it and would repeat it!

Pedro’s flat was great. The location couldn’t be better. You’re surrounded by bars and restaurants and a nice supermarket literally a couple of doors down from the building. Also the historic center and the beach are 15 minutes away. The place is exactly how you see in the pictures. The air conditioner works great and the beds were comfortable. We only wished we had an extra pillow.There was only one pillow per person. But that’s just me being picky. Pedro communicated well with me and was very helpful. We will return and highly recommend his place.

Overall, great place to stay, especially if you have small kids as the area is very family-friendly. Apt was clean; hosts were responsive and very walkable to Playa Patacona (loved this beach as it was quiet and always had space for us), and I personally loved having the pool option in the building. Here's what I would advise for those that are visiting Valencia for the first time (like us) and don't know where to stay - if you want easy access to the beach, this is great. HOWEVER you are far from the city center and if you don't have a car (like us), expect to pay a lot for Ubers/Taxis/Cabify. Since we do not normally rent a car in international destinations, I didn't think this distance was going to be a problem but we usually had to wait 10-15 minutes for an Uber/Taxi to arrive for pick up. Again this is NOT the fault of the hosts; just sharing for first time Valencia visitors.

An amazing apartment that is in a perfect location right by the Central Market and the rest of the old town of Valencia. Konstantin was great and allowed a slightly earlier check in. The apartment had everything you needed for both a short or long term stay. Can't rate it highly enough! Only issue was some noise outside at night but that's to be expected with such a central location.

We had a wonderful holiday in Sandra's apartment. This absolutely corresponds to the beach friction... also the wonderful sunrises and sunsets ... fantastic. Sandra was accessible at all times and helped us where she could. We were warmly welcomed by Sandra and were shown everything in person. A great area, a fantastic beach with great sea. The apartment has everything you need and shopping is within walking distance. The bus to Valencia is also right at the property. We are recovered, we enjoyed it and we can recommend Sandra aaaabsolutely with her apartment!! 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

A very good place, comfortable and well equipped in every aspect

Antonio is a super host, he is friendly and approachable. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home. There is no lack of detail, everything is very charming. Convenient access to the beach and supermarkets. Next to the apartment, bus stop 112A to Valencia. All amenities. Thanks for the car for shopping, chairs and umbrella for the beach. He also put us in touch with a taxi driver he trusted to take us to the airport Thank you very much Antonio and Isabel.😘😘

We were very happy with our stay at Fabrizio's apartment. He was very attentive and patient with our requests. The apartment met all our expectations, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The area where it is located is very nice and relatively close to the points of interest and very close to the beach. There are also many bars and restaurants in the area, as well as supermarkets for the necessary shopping. 100% recommended. Without a doubt, if we had to go back, we would stay here again!

It was a long stay (23 days). Apartments in good condition, they match the photos and description. The area is very quiet. Pepe is very friendly and communicates very quickly if you need anything. We will definitely rent the apartments again.

A beautiful place to stay in the heart of the city. You can quickly reach the park or the cathedral. The apartment was also big enough for three people. We would also try to book the apartment again on our next visit.

A short but fantastic stay. The house is impeccable, close to everything, and with quiet beaches for children but with restaurants for adults as well. Belén was very attentive to everything, she left my kids little things to play with and everything was great. If we go back to the area, we'll go back to this little house.

We loved this accommodation! Pilar is a spectacular host, always attentive. The apartment was spotless and with many nice touches from the host, coffee, milk, water, chocolates... A beautiful house, tastefully decorated, comfortable. The residential development is also great, parking space, swimming pool, garden areas and tranquility. Add to all this a 5-minute walk to the beach and next to restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Pilar also recommended a couple of places to eat and shop that came in very handy. We stayed two weeks in Veronica's nice apartment. Everything was very good in the accommodation. Very well-equipped kitchen. You can almost cook any dish you want there, the equipment is sufficient wherever you want to cook. A couple of minutes walk to the beach and there are two nice beach chairs available. Wi-Fi is good. The area is very quiet and safe. A large nice pool and a very well-kept garden to enjoy. Good bus connection to city center. It takes about 40 minutes. Want a nice vacation? Rent Veronica's apartment!

The accommodation was comfortable, very close to the beach and the community area with a pool is a plus. We were very comfortable and Emilio is a great host. Highly recommended!

Amazing apartment in a quiet area. Marisa is very helpful and we can find everything we need. There is children play area just downstairs and we have all the equipments for play in the apartment like football, mini golf, padel, ping-pong, sands toys… perfect for family with kids. There is a garage with private parking place, only 15min drive to the city center. And supermarket and good breakfast shop in walking distance. Highly recommended!

Our experience at Patricia's house was excellent from the moment we arrived. Communication was fast, clear and very friendly. Upon arrival, the place was immaculately clean, as shown in the photos, and with details that show the affection and dedication with which Patricia takes care of her guests. The location was ideal, quiet but with everything you need nearby.
