Clean, well equipped, spacious apartment. Great location close to beach, shops, restaurants etc. we had a great stay here

We enjoyed our stay in Valencia. Apartment location was good for public transport and there was limited free street parking and free parking lot nearby with plenty of space. 5 mins to the beach and 12 min to Cabanyal centre and market. Apartment was as described and comfortable.

This is THE apartment to be near the beach but still want to get to the City Centre! We had such a great time in Valencia while staying here! Carlos is a lovely host and was super attentive. We had lots of communication with him around getting to the flat, what was provided and checking out. It was a short walk 10 mins from the beach (Playa Cabanyal) and 10 mins to the metro station (Marítim). There are shops and restaurants nearby as well as the tram (Dr Lluch). The kitchen was well equipped, the AC was wonderful and everything worked well.

A lovely place to stay next to the beach in the El Cabanyal district. It's a very interesting neighbourhood to stay: sometimes its a bit rough on the eye (as a former fisherman village, which is still being developed), but also hosts plenty of great coffee shops and a wide selection of excellent restaurants walking distance away - you can definitely feel that hip vibe. The apartment itself is very well equipped, we found everything we could've expected. Carlos and his son Pablo only communicate in Spanish - we did most of our talking with google translator, worked well. Overall, a great experience, would recommend.

Ismael apartment was 8n a perfect location for trips to beach, which took about 10mins, the centre of Valencia was short taxi ride away which took 15mins. There is a supermarket directly below the property, and some amazing places to eat within a 10min walk. We will definitely use Ismael again.

Das AirBnb war super! Alles sehr sauber, leichter Zugang übers Handy (elektronisches Schloss), super sauber, in der Nähe des Strands! Nur in der Nacht ist die Gegend nicht so sicher, es gibt viele Betrunkene/unter Drogen stehende Leute bzw. Obdachlose. Wir waren 2 Mädels und sind dann halt in der Nacht Uber gefahren. Man muss also schon ein bisschen aufpassen, aber dann ist es kein Problem! :)))

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would come back again 100% It is exactly as it looks in the pictures, very stylish and clean with good amenities! The location is great too as it’s a quiet street but close to the beach and lots of nice food places nearby. The only downsides were some issues with the trip switches, but the hosts were always responsive and helpful in fixing these.

Die Wohung war sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Sehr nah zum Strand. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln auch die anderen Vierteln sehr gut zu erreichen.

Questa casa è più bella che nelle foto, ha una doppia esposizione sul mare con il terrazzo davanti e sulla città con il terrazzo dietro che danno alla casa un’atmosfera incredibile, la camera da letto principale è decisamente WOW, il tempo passato in casa è stato rilassante e tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, Ines ci ha fatto un’introduzione a cosa fare e cosa vedere molto accurata e ci ha permesso di godere a pieno dei giorni di vacanza, ci ha anche mandato una mail dettagliatissima con tutti i suggerimenti dei locali e consigli sui mezzi per spostarsi. La casa è a due minuti a piedi dal mare e dal lungomare dove ci sono ristoranti molto buoni, noi avevamo affittato una macchina e abbiamo goduto del mare pur spostandoci ogni giorno a València centro o Las Artes. Consiglio vivamente soprattutto a coppie o con figli di età media data la doppia camera e l’area tranquilla dove esplorare in autonomia!

El apartamento tal cual como en las fotos , muy bien decorado y con muchos detalles tanto de limpieza como de menaje . El trato con la anfitriona genial , siempre pendiente y contestando rápido a cualquier cosa . En resumen nos ha encantado tanto el alojamiento como el trato , sin duda lo recomiendo y volveremos.

La casa es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, muy amplia y bonita. El acceso muy fácil y Tatiana responde a los mensajes con mucha rapidez. Sin duda un acierto alojarse en su casa.

Klasse Lage - direkt an der Bahn-Haltestelle, nur 2min zum herrlichen Strand und zur nächsten Valenbisi-Station (Leihfahrräder - sehr empfehlenswert in Valencia, tolles Radwegenetz). Ruhig. Kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß sowie ein großer Supermarkt in ca. 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist in top Zustand, sehr bequeme Betten, leise Klima-Anlage (in den Sommermonaten unverzichtbar), gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber mit hoher Antwortgeschwindigkeit. Ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand hat gefehlt - auf Nachfrage hat sich Cristina sofort darum gekümmert und noch am selben Abend einen Schirm vorbeigebracht! Kurzum: eine absolute Empfehlung!

Die Wohnung war leicht zu finden, dank der hilfreichen Informationen und Roberto hat uns persönlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bieten genug Platz und war sehr sauber. Die Metro ist gleich um die Ecke, so dass wir direkt in das Zentrum fahren konnten. Auch konnten wir unser Auto in den Straßen des Viertels gut parken. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Danke Roberto für alles - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bezauberndes kleines Apartment im siebten Stock mit großem über-die-Stadt-Blick-Balkon. Sehr gut ausgestattet - alles da! Liebevoll eigerichtet und der wenige Platz ist gut genutzt. Zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten in die Altstadt. Vermieter haben sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und waren freundlich. Haben uns auch gute Tipps gegeben. Wir waren im Juni 2025 da und es war heiß in Valencia/Spanien. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer - ansonsten noch einenVentilator. Und die große Doppeltür zum Balkon (haben wir am Abend und in der Nacht offen gelassen). Das hat es erträglich gemacht. Für ein oder zwei Personen, die in die Stadt wollen, ideal. Wir haben auch das Parkhaus mit Ausgang genau Gegenüber der Eingangstür genutzt. Das war natürlich super Praktisch. Auch ein Tipp der VermieterInnen.

Perfect place, clean, host was helpful and communicative. 10 minutes walk to the beach. It was well equipped, had everything can be possible needed. couple of supermarkets and buses, trams within short walking distance. WiFi was decent.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

El departamenro de Justo fue amor a primera vista y no defraudo. Ademas de todas las comodidades q ofrece tiene un piano en la sala que para cualquier aficionado (como es el caso de nuestra familia) fue un plus. Justo es muy abierto y bondadoso con su espacio, comparte su hogar y sus bienes como si sus huespedes fueran familia. Te deja su musica, sus libros, sus bebidas con total confianza. Nos recibio con un aperitivo al llegar y estuvo en contacto previo a cada momento. El departamento tiene aire acondicionado en cada ambiente, ban̈os completo en cada habitacion. Lavadora, lavavajilla. Te deja elementos de playa, espacio en sus placares. Tiene agua filtrada en el grifo q parece una pavada pero resuelve enormemente la logística diaria. Se encuentra a distancia a pie de la Ciudad de la Ciencias y el Parque Gulliver. En fin, sin duda lo recomiendo y volveria (es cierto q tiene un tema de olor al accionar el ban̈o principal pero me temo que q un tema generalizado de Valencia y no propio)

We loved our stay! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and enjoy Valencia!

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

Our stay was wonderful- meeting Maria was like meeting family! She took the time to tell us about the best of Valencia - it was an exceptional experience. Thank you and we hope to return

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!

Mijn vriendinnen en ik hebben hier super fijn mogen verblijven. Het was groot, het is ruim, modern en heel schoon. Met de uber was alles makkelijk te bereiken. Het is een super mooie Airbnb :)
