Nice place, Clean, good location and worth the money. I had only two comments one as the elevator you need the security guard to give you the access to sometimes it is packed so you have to wait and his car does not work always .

We loved having the downtown high rise city experience for the week we were in Quito. Beautiful views. Felt safe with a gated private garage with parking spot & (sweet) doorman greeting you each time you came & went. Plenty of space and good floor plan. Laundry in unit was SO nice! Comfortable beds and linens. Quiet neighbors, but the windows and walls are thin so you could hear city noises or construction from the apartment down the hall. We loved having the windows open for the cool fresh air. Several retail/dining options + 2 nice malls walking distance. We were careful & didn't venture far at night and didnt go alone, but we did send the kids to the store down the street in the mornings, and we always felt safe. Traffic was only bad during rush hours. We were able to get tours to pick us up at the apartment and take us to Banos and we drove our rental car to tours in other parts of the city and to Mindo. Host was available to answers any questions we had about staying in the city.

Awesome stay. Basically the perfect little luxury apartment in the coolest part of Quito. Hazel was super communicative, and accommodating. Very friendly security, staff at the front door as well (shout out to Julio!)

Sunny place with great views. Comfy , convenient, fantastic hosts. The common areas -jacuzzi, sauna, pool- are just what your bones need after work or travel:)

Mi estadía fue simplemente espectacular, la mejor que he tenido. Desde el primer momento, el anfitrión fue amable y atento, siempre disponible para ayudar con lo que se requiera. El lugar es impecable, decorado con muy buen gusto y con todas las comodidades que uno puede necesitar. La ubicación es perfecta: cerca de todo, pero lo suficientemente tranquila para descansar. Recomendado al 100% para quienes buscan una experiencia memorable, cómoda y verdaderamente especial, tanto individualmente como en pareja. Sin duda, volveré.

I loved this place. It is as pictured. This home is within 5 minutes walking distance of the mall and supermarket. It is also about 15-20 minutes walking distance to La Carolina. I felt safe walking around the community.

We loved staying at this old house on the mountain. The interior was charming and tasteful, with all the amenities and supplies we needed. Karen gave clear instructions on check in and was responsive. Only issue we had was with the old door and lock, you need some practice to use it but Karen and her husband helped us out. Also it is right across a beautiful church. During a few days there were some events happening in the church square so it was loud, but other than that we had no problem. Remember to bring eye masks for sleeping!

Had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Omama Wasi. It is a wonderful house and compound inside a very safe neighborhood. Maria was very communicative and easy to chat with. She was always available when I needed help and treats her guests with respect and privacy. Internet was incredibly fast, kitchen fully stocked with cutlery and necessary dishes. The place was very easy to live at for the months that I did and would highly, highly recommend staying with Maria. Thank you!

The house was very nice and the view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. Pedro was very helpful in getting us water and anything else we needed for our stay.

We had a really good time at Paul's place. extremely nice and peaceful place. Clean, comfortable, well stocked.

We are so SAD TO LEAVE and cannot wait to come back again to Carlos's FANTASTIC place. We stayed with our two toddlers for several months while in Quito area for school year, and we were welcomed like family by Carlos, his own family, and his amazing staff. The house is absolutely idyllic, with traditional white plaster and exposed wooden beams, lofted ceilings, and all the amenities one needs in kitchen (plus laundry in house!). Plenty of space for our family to spread out, and the massive patio and yard - really, a gorgeous garden of flowering and fruiting trees, palms, lovingly tended - gave us even more room to play. It feels like the world's most exclusive resort! Carlos was immediately responsive to any question we might have, and was extremely helpful offering advice for the surrounding area as well. Cumbayá (neighborhood) is precious, and Carlos's house is in the heart - we walked to the fruit market, the bakery, playground, reservoir park, plaza. We miss living there already!

Andrea and her father, Eddison, were great hosts during our stay! He was always quick and friendly to assist us or help answer our questions when we had them and met us initially during our very last minute later in the evening booking to give us the keys and show us everything we needed to know! The home was so incredibly spacious, fully stocked, thoughtfully decorated, and beautifully furnished. It was close by to our family and in a safer neighborhood well within 5 minute walking distance to amazing bakeries, small grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, doctors, and more! Whenever we come back to visit family we will definitely be returning to stay here!!

Beautiful modern apartment with great internet and full size washer and dryer. The amenities were booked for the week so I did not get to use the hot tub nor pool. It is a very nice building. I would stay again.

Me encantó mi estancia en este departamento. Estaba impecablemente limpio, en una ubicación excelente cerca del Quicentro, y con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Además, cuenta con instalaciones adicionales accesibles y es un lugar muy seguro. El check-in fue sencillo y directo, y tanto el anfitrión como su equipo fueron súper amables, siempre atentos y muy comunicativos. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Recomendadísimo!

Uno de los mejores departamentos en Cumbayá. La seguridad es excelente; el personal siempre está atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Como punto a considerar, la señal de internet puede volverse intermitente en el dormitorio, lo que en ciertos momentos resulta algo tedioso.

un excelente espacio en el cual cada detalle demostraba el empeño que pusieron en adecuar el lugar un sitio divertido único agradable y bastante espectacular.

What else can I say? We stayed here a third time and had again a great time. It was also very nice that we could keep our luggage in storage for a couple of days.
