Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Pichincha

We used the place as a central point of contact. From there, we traveled to the Amazon and to Galapagos. We were able to leave our luggage in the apartment. Due to the 24/7 security, a very secure accommodation! We would come back 😄

The place is spacious and has everything you need for short or long stay. The location is safe and not far from the center. There are a lot of local restaurants and bars close to the apartment and mini market is just under the building. Gabriel himself was very responsive and answered any question I had. One point to note is that if you are a light sleeper it can bother you as it can get noisy some nights. Overall a good experience and it’s a good Airbnb for a solo traveler or a couple

Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

We loved staying at this old house on the mountain. The interior was charming and tasteful, with all the amenities and supplies we needed. Karen gave clear instructions on check in and was responsive. Only issue we had was with the old door and lock, you need some practice to use it but Karen and her husband helped us out. Also it is right across a beautiful church. During a few days there were some events happening in the church square so it was loud, but other than that we had no problem. Remember to bring eye masks for sleeping!

Miryam is such a sweet host, we felt like home! So kind and helpful she even baked bread and made us jam! Her dogs are the cutest and share so much love and kindness! The house cute and the garden Is amazing! So grateful for this experience and can’t wait to come back!!

Jason and Maria's house is beautiful. This is the fifth time we've stayed here (including with the previous owners) and we look forward to returning more times. I love their unique style, full of positive energy. The area is very relaxing, secluded, surrounded by nature, but a few minutes from downtown Otavalo. Maria was always very attentive, her communication very cordial.

The house was very nice and the view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. Pedro was very helpful in getting us water and anything else we needed for our stay.

We are so SAD TO LEAVE and cannot wait to come back again to Carlos's FANTASTIC place. We stayed with our two toddlers for several months while in Quito area for school year, and we were welcomed like family by Carlos, his own family, and his amazing staff. The house is absolutely idyllic, with traditional white plaster and exposed wooden beams, lofted ceilings, and all the amenities one needs in kitchen (plus laundry in house!). Plenty of space for our family to spread out, and the massive patio and yard - really, a gorgeous garden of flowering and fruiting trees, palms, lovingly tended - gave us even more room to play. It feels like the world's most exclusive resort! Carlos was immediately responsive to any question we might have, and was extremely helpful offering advice for the surrounding area as well. Cumbayá (neighborhood) is precious, and Carlos's house is in the heart - we walked to the fruit market, the bakery, playground, reservoir park, plaza. We miss living there already!

Great landscaping. Well furnished but nothing so fancy you’re afraid your kids will destroy it. Super responsive and friendly family lives on site to assist with anything needed. Only con is address is sent at last minute before typically boarding a late night flight so there is not time to do any google mapping. Property is located on down a dark dirt alley - never a great feeling being anywhere and having your taxi go down a narrow dirt road at 1am and not knowing beforehand. The instructions pdf for the property should have a picture or a disclaimer - don’t worry the narrow ally road is in deed the correct way. Over all great property and if I was with a group in the Quito area would totally stay again!

Enjoyed staying at this home. The area was better than expected and created a great environment for our stay. It was a paradise home that our entire family enjoyed. Walking the steps up to the park to see the views were the highlights of our mornings. We were able to find great places to visit close to the home.

Excellent location near the most visited sites and shopping centers, the place is very cozy, clean and beautiful, the host was always at our service and helped us with everything.

Edwin's place was amazing! Exceeded my expectations! Exactly like the photos, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, very nicely decorated. Beside the apartment which was accessible safe and quiet Edwin was the best host ever! always proactive and responding immediately. Highly recommended! I will i am able to visit Quito again and stay at Erwins place

The place was clean and bed was comfy. Thankfully check in was easy and available even at 9pm, so if you have a late day flight you're safe. You're also in a good location so mall is right down the street, movies are near by, and numerous other places near by as well. The stove and oven work well, and having a washer and dryer is super useful. And the owner responded to all my questions and was responding at a reasonable place as well. The only complaint i can have about it, is why are all the knives dull and why not chefs knife, made it tricky to make food between me and my fiancée. But still over all as a place to stay for me and my girlfriend, who i was visiting and purposed to, it was a nice place that we both enjoyed. I would personally recommend it very highly.

Very nice apartment, very central to Carolina Park with everything you need very close. José Gabriel was an excellent host. He helped me by making reservations for the wet areas, pool and gym. I really enjoyed the stay and felt very comfortable in the house. The next time I have to be in Quito, I'll be happy to come back! 100% recommended!

One of the best apartments in Cumbayá. The security is excellent; the staff is always attentive and willing to help. As a point to consider, the internet signal can become intermittent in the bedroom, which at certain times is somewhat tedious.
