I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It is spacious and comes with everything you need for an extended stay. It is very conveniently located, close to shops, public transportation stops, in a good area of Quito. The only thing I found uncomfortable was the electric shower, which does not work consistently. It is necessary to constantly adjust the water flow to prevent it from becoming boiling water or, on the contrary, water that is too cold. Also, I would personally be more comfortable if the bedroom had thicker, darker curtains.

The place looks just like the photos. Very comfortable with good views l. It’s in a pretty central area, with a big nearby park. The building has a gym and playground. Security was friendly and efficient.

I stayed at Ernesto's apartment for a month. It is very well located, 10-15 minutes from most shopping centers and public institutions. Access to the building and parking is always secure. The apartment is spacious for a couple and you'll find everything you need to feel at home. However, it should be noted that you can easily hear the noises from outside and that the apartment is a little cold (I think this is a problem in the country in general because all the accommodation is very poorly insulated). Finally, I appreciated the weekly cleaning. :)

One of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at! Spotless, new furniture, great washer and dryer (and detergent!), and beautiful pool/sauna/hot tub. Good and friendly security and strong WiFi. Easy to get an Uber outside. Modern mall next door with pharmacy, huge grocery store, and good shops. Anthony was great to deal with. We highly recommend this place!

This is one of the best places we’ve stayed - 5 stars for both the place & the host. Place had everything we needed (good kitchen setup including leftovers containers!) and was immaculate. Kitchen was well appointed & furniture was comfortable. We stayed for one week and felt right at home - definitely will book this place again when we are in Quito!

Amazing Stay! Highly Recommended! had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay combined with business trip to Quito. What really stood out, though, was the host's exceptional flexibility and responsiveness. They were incredibly accommodating with my check-in and check-out times, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
