Cozy guesthouse in a lush and lovely residential area. Natural areas with forest, sea and lakes around the corner - and very good transport links to Stockholm city. Living room, double bed, sofa, dining table and chairs, separate bathroom with washing machine, shower and toilet. The kitchen is small, but efficient and well designed. The nearest bus stop is about 300 meters away, buses run every few minutes to Stockholm city. The journey takes 15-20 minutes. Two adults with a younger child can sleep comfortably.

Small cabin by the sea in Nacka

We are renting out this little charming house with a sea view. Perfect for those who want close to Stockholm but stay close to nature. Located right by Nackareservatet and it takes about 20-30 minutes by bus to Stockholm (nearby Slussen). The house has a sleeping loft with room for two people, a small kitchen and toilet with shower as well as a small lounge with two armchairs. There is a small patio and possibility to borrow kayaks. You can also rent a small motor boat located in the harbor in front of the house.

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cabin. The wood-fired hot tub that stands on our dock can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).

Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Train takes 18 minutes to Slussen and bus 7-20 minutes to the city, where you can enjoy everything Stockholm has to offer. At Nacka Strand, SL's shuttle boats leave for, among others, Djurgården and Nybroplan.

We had a great stay! The accommodation was clean and large enough for our party of 12 people. From the property, Stockholm was easily accessible by bus or by car. Andreas showed us around and received us well and the interim communication was pleasant.

Dream house - 10 minutes from the city

We stayed with three families and lots of kids. The playroom with tons of toys was a game changer. The large and well equipped kitchen allowed three cooks to cook dinner for us with ease. Getting into Stockholm and to the airport with the bus/train was very straight forward and practical. The supermarket is pretty close by in a huge mall, so while it’s quiet and private, you are not cut off. We loved it!

We absolutely loved the house, and its stunning views. Malin was very responsive, helpful and friendly. This place is quite a treat!!!

This house offers the perfect combination of nature and urban living. Once you enter, you will feel welcome in a beautifully renovated home, where everything feels fresh and modern. The ground floor has been tastefully refurbished. We were with 5 people, and this house offers plenty of space. Also a nice garden where the children could play. The location is really fantastic! You are only a 10-minute drive from the bustling city center, where you can fully enjoy culture, shopping and good food. At the same time, nature is also close; within a 10-minute walk you are already at the beautiful swimming and nature reserve Nyckelviken, where you can relax in nature. And for the daily necessities, the supermarket is only a 5 minutes walk away. In short, this house is an ideal base for both a relaxing holiday and a dynamic stay in which you can explore both nature and the city. It provides everything you need for a lovely time!
