Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. The house's newly-built balconies bathe in light from early morning to sunset and here you can enjoy a fantastic view. Take the shuttle easily into the city center in a few minutes or stay and enjoy the villa's lush garden. Only a stone's throw away, you will also find both an outdoor area and Gothenburg's largest shopping center.

Well-planned cottage in a charming area! A few steps away you will find pizzeria, sushi, bakery and candy store. A few more steps and you are at Mölndals Galleria with a wide range of shops, delicacies and public transport. When the sun comes out, you can enjoy the best southern exposure and set the table on the terrace. Parking is easily accessible on the street. The property is non-smoking and pet-free. If a third bed is needed, this can be arranged with a large air mattress in the study.
