Close enough to amenities to explore town but quiet enough to see and hear the tui's, kereru and Ruru (morepork owls) at night. Welcome to Twin Elms. This apartment is situated on our property but separate from the main house. We are positioned in a lovely rural location about a 7 minute drive to the centre of Masterton. You are more likely to wake to the sound of sheep and birds than traffic. Our popular beaches, Castlepoint and Riversdale, are only an hour drive away. Martinborough, famous for it's wines, is approximately 30 minutes drive. Tea & Coffee provided along with free internet and Netflix.

Tui Studio

Come make yourself at home in our freshly renovated fully self-contained Tui studio nestled in native bush. It's a 15min walk (3 minutes by car) to the centre of Feilding where the farmers markets are held on Fridays. 7-minute drive to Manfeild Park 16-minute drive from Palmerston North airport. With private off-street parking. There is additional parking if required (please advise if needed) With everything you need provided to make yourselves breakfast.

Come and enjoy a quiet weekend away on our farm, so much to do , Enjoy the scenery of our farm nestled at the base of the Tararua ranges or go for a trout fish/ swim in the Mangahao river. Or u could do absolutely nothing and enjoy the piece and quiet. The iconic tui brewery is a great place for lunch and a refreshment and also Pukaha Mt Bruce is an amazing wildlife reserve is well worth a visit with the kids - both are within 25 mins from the cottage

The Cottage

A private self contained cottage in a rural setting. This restored 1930's cottage is very cosy and comfortable. A heat pump is available for those chilly nights. The Cottage is located on a lifestyle block approximately 14 km from the centre of Palmerston North. The cottage looks out over a pond and paddocks with ducks and sheep. Guest access is by keypad on the main entry gate to the property.

Boutique Greytown cottage

Nestled in the back garden of a century-old house, is a sunny, self-contained, private cottage. Two sets of french doors open into a private garden. The cottage is 3 minutes walk to the vibrant centre of Greytown with cafes and boutique shops. A continental breakfast is provided. Discounts are provided for longer stays. The maximum number of guests is two.
