Welcome to the Villa Karlslund! The property is located in one of Örebro's oldest and most enriched areas. Here you can walk along Svartån in scenic surroundings, take a run in the running track, a round with your MTB or a pass in the outdoor gym that you find on the other side of the road. The property is located 4 km from the travel center and you can easily get there with the bus that stops on the other side of the street. The apartment located in a grand part of the house has its own entrance and patio. Grocery store, swimming and pharmacy are within walking distance.

There are three beds - one single bed at the loft and a sofa bed (queen size) in the combined kitchen and living room. Pool and garden are shared with the host family. A newly built outdoor gym is 100 meters from the studio.

Stayed here one night when the son played the Örebro Cup. The accommodation is perfect for our purpose. The hosts always responded quickly and were easy to get in touch with. It was easy to borrow a charger to charge our electric car.

We were only there for one night passing through. Adnan is a great host! We felt right at home. There was everything you needed. And the decor is very modern. We would always book the place again! 😊

This is a nice accommodation with nice bright decor. We are a family of five with three teenagers aged 15-19 and this guest house for six people suited us perfectly. Some board games are available for the kids and good Wi-Fi. Comfortable beds (however, quite soft mattresses) with fresh pillows and duvets. However, it can get quite hot upstairs in the summer months and if the sun has been shining during the day. If you are going to shower, it is good to wait a while between each person, as the hot water quickly runs out. Tim is a nice and accommodating host with suggestions for activities and restaurants. Note that the driveway is short, steep and quite slippery if you have a heavily loaded car with front-wheel drive. Within walking distance of the accommodation are two nice smaller nature reserves, Ekeby ekhagar and Ekeby Dreve. Perfect for the evening walk. A local pizzeria is a minute away by car. An extra plus is the proximity to Kilsbergen with many nice hiking trails and nature reserves.
