Vi har en vacker trädgård, en katt och några höns som ni gärna får hälsa på. Ibland finns möjlighet att att köpa frukost eller en nybakad bärpaj. I närheten finns Sommarro med fina promenadstråk. Det är ca 3 km till Gustavsvik äventyrsbad och ca 5 km till Örebro city. Mataffärer och apotek finns nära, till Mariebergs köpcentrum är det 4 km.

Här kan du promenera längs Svartån i natursköna omgivningar, ta en tur i löpspåret, en runda med din MTB eller ett pass i utegymmet som du hittar på andra sidan vägen. Boendet ligger 4 km från resecentrum och du tar dig enkelt dit med bussen som stannar på andra sidan gatan. Lägenheten som finns i en flygeldel av huset har egen ingång och uteplats. Welcome to our cozy 100 sqm villa, perfect for a relaxing vacation in the countryside! The house features three comfortable bedrooms, a fresh bathroom, and an open floor plan. Just a 10-minute walk from the house, you'll find a beautiful lake and for those who love outdoor activities, Svansjön and Närkes Kil are nearby. In the winter, you can enjoy skiing in Garphyttan, which is close by. Despite the peaceful location, it's only a short 10-minute drive to the center of Örebro.

Our studio, built in 2016 is situated close to the city but still in the countryside. There are three beds - one single bed at the loft and a sofa bed (queen size) in the combined kitchen and living room. If there are requests, we can also arrange space for a fourth person on a mattress at the loft. Large bathroom with sauna. 28 sqm with bathroom and loft. Pool and garden are shared with the host family. A newly built outdoor gym is 100 meters from the studio.

Room with your own entrance, sauna and bathroom. Kingsbed with memoryfoam mattress and extra single bed with lower standard available (only for kids). Access to free parking, minibar, gym and wifi. The pool is open and heated June-August. Pool and gym are shared with us living in the house. 2 minutes walk to busstop with close connections to Örebro City and Marieberg Shopping Centre. Walking distance to pizzeria and the Golf Club.
