Det är ca 3 km till Gustavsvik äventyrsbad och ca 5 km till Örebro city. Mataffärer och apotek finns nära, till Mariebergs köpcentrum är det 4 km.

Här kan du promenera längs Svartån i natursköna omgivningar, ta en tur i löpspåret, en runda med din MTB eller ett pass i utegymmet som du hittar på andra sidan vägen. Boendet ligger 4 km från resecentrum och du tar dig enkelt dit med bussen som stannar på andra sidan gatan. Lägenheten som finns i en flygeldel av huset har egen ingång och uteplats. Mataffär, bad och apotek finns inom gångavstånd.

Pool and garden are shared with the host family. A newly built outdoor gym is 100 meters from the studio.

Jesper was an exceptional host. He tried his best to help us with car hire (Orebro on a weekend was not easy!) as well as helpful instructions and kindly flexible with check in and out for us. The accommodation itself was perfect. Very tastefully done and looked just like the photos, if not better! The view was incredible and the peace and quiet with birdsong was unmatched. We walked down to the lake and felt like it was our own private lake! Just amazing. We would love to return for a longer period of time next time!

The host is responsive and friendly, he is attentive to your needs at all times and ready to help you, the apartment is extremely comfortable and luxurious, I felt extraordinary. Good value for money. Excellent location close to the city center, you have a grocery store right in front of the building. I had a more than wonderful stay, I will return with the greatest pleasure and I recommend it with the greatest warmth to everyone. Thank you Hugo!

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise. Adnan ist ein toller Gastgeber! Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Und die Einrichtung ist sehr modern. Wir würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen! 😊
