Vacation rentals with a patio in Eixample

-The accommodation was super close to the train station, it was very convenient to commute to Barcelona and back. - There is nice bakery across the street with super cute staff! ☕️🥐 - It had a lovely small yard. We enjoyed having breakfast there every morning!☀️ - Rubens was extremely nice and helpful. ☺️ - There were two big TVs and a nice sound system which I really enjoyed during our stay. - The bed was super comfortable. - The cleanness was okay but could be better. 🚿🛋️🛏️ - Unfortunately, there was no hairdryer 🥲 and iron wasn’t really getting hot. So we had a bit of challenge ironing our clothes. All together, it was a very lovely stay and would definitely go back again! 😇🥰

Had a great time staying in Jon’s place. Super nice and in a great area. Beautiful furnishings and huge kitchen. I will say that there is no AC so be mindful with the hot summer months. However he was super accommodating and gave us some fans to set up to keep cool. Would definitely stay here again.

Un alojamiento muy comodo y limpio, además bastante bien comunicado con transporte público y comercios. Algo que ya sabíamos es que es un segundo sin ascensor y con el cochecito de la niña fué dificil subir y los vecinos algo ruidosos, tenían la tv muy alta y se escuchaba bastante. Pero dentro de esos dos puntos negativos he de decir que el alojamiento estaba impecable y el anfitrión fué muy amable y atento. Encontramos el apartamento muy bien.

Nice place, clean and spacious. Little far from the main city places but well worth it for a large group or those that will visit Barcelona for business and needs a quiet place. Close to convention center and grocery stores.

This was a lovely flat perfect for a long weekend in Barcelona. It was clean, had all the amenities we expected and matched the description perfectly - but the real standout for us were the hosts, who were helpful, responsive and generally just lovely people who were always happy with directions and recommendations. They went above and beyond all expectations not only in helping us navigate the city, but also in taking time out of their own schedules to help us deal with some unanticipated dry cleaning-related issues which was an absolute life-saver. I have never had an easier time recommending an AirBnB before, 10/10!

Very wonderful flat, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. We lived with a child everything was very nice. The flat is in a very good area where there are shops and shopping centres nearby. Inyaki is an amazing person, if anything he will solve any problem. Highly recommended ☺️

Tout s’est parfaitement déroulé et Xu est très réactif. Un conseil : si vous louez une voiture, demandez une place de parking . La policia est encore plus réactive que Xu et c’est la galère pour trouver à se garer. Sinon : séjour de 3 nuits réussi. Merci Xu.

Thank you Rolf and Chee for sharing such an incredible home. Our group of 14 loved every minute. From the two pools, friendly animals, gorgeous 30 acres available to explore. Historical surrounds in the neighbours castle as the view from nearly every window. Just stunning. The cooking amenities were top notch we were able to prepare any meal. The briquette BBQ and propane BBQ were added bliss. Very friendly communication and always open to share a tidbit about any questions the group had. Thank you for everything!

¡Todo tal como lo prometido y mejor! Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento fue excelente de principio a fin. Todo coincidía exactamente con la descripción del anuncio: limpio, bien equipado, cómodo y en una ubicación perfecta. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida, clara y amable en todo momento. El apartamento estaba impecable a nuestra llegada, con todos los detalles cuidados: desde la ropa de cama hasta los utensilios de cocina. Además, se notaba que piensan en la comodidad del huésped. Lo mejor es que no hubo sorpresas desagradables, todo fue tal como lo esperábamos (¡o incluso mejor!), lo cual se agradece mucho cuando uno viaja. Fue una experiencia tan buena que sin duda volveríamos a reservar este lugar en el futuro. ¡100% recomendable!

Absolutely wonderful stay in Alella. The hosts were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay - whenever we had a question or a request they were right there to assist us. The house is very tranquil, clean, modern, and airy, with easy access to Barcelona by car/bus. Some of us also had to take some meetings for work during our stay - there’s plenty of room inside and outside the house to do that. Would recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful stay with straightforward access to Barcelona and nearby towns!

Nos encantó este alojamiento! Pepi nos recibió con una tortilla de patata buenísima y lo que más nos gustó fue la atención a nuestros perretes! Fuimos con dos border collies y Pepi nos dejó dos camitas, comederos, chuches y bolsitas para la caca! La casa estaba impecable y tenía unas vistas maravillosas. Sin duda volveremos!

Miguel’s home was impeccably, clean and fully furnished with anything we needed. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and wonderful dining. Miguel and his wife were lovely! This truly was one of the most beautiful accommodations I have ever stayed at! I hope to return soon.

Wir waren zu dritt bei Trude und Miguel und sind einfach nur begeistert! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Trude hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Miguel haben wir am nächsten Tag kennengelernt und beide sind super freundlich und offen. Außerdem haben wir sehr hilfreiche Tipps für umliegende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants erhalten. Der Strand ist Fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist zwar außerhalb von Barcelona, aber trotzdem mit Bus und Bahn gut erreichbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen den Großstadttrubel zu entkommen. Hier kann man entspannen und es sich gut gehen lassen. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen und können es nur weiterempfehlen! ☺️🫶🏻

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful house! I came here with a few close friends, and we were all truly blown away by how stunning the place was. The house is even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures – tastefully decorated, incredibly clean, and filled with thoughtful little touches that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We especially loved spending time together in the cozy living room and having long breakfasts on the terrace. The communication with our host was also excellent – quick, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. You can tell that a lot of care and love has gone into making this place so special. We would absolutely come back and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and stylish getaway!

We had a great stay at Zayda’s place! It was the perfect place and location as we were in town for a music festival. Zayda was very prompt with communication and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely return and book this stay again!

Sooooo good !! Loved the location was so good for getting around and also some great restaurants and cafes so close by , supermarket close also , comfy beds and great amenities as well would definitely reccomend to others or come back myself !

We had a lovely stay here. The flat is on the top floor, with a nice view of the Les Tres Xemeneies. We found it to be true to the pictures and description, very close to metro & bus station. The hosts communicated very nicely, proactively and timely. Definitely recommend!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Es fehlte an nichts und der Gastgeber war super nett und gut erreichbar. Er hatte für jede Frage eine gute Antwort. In der Umgebung sind Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs und eine Haltestelle zum Zug nach Barcelona. Perfekt!
