The Apartment and the whole building have been refurbished reciently (end of 2015) This is a beautiful quiet and modern apartment in a historic modernist building located minutes away, walking distance, from Rambla Cataluna, Passieg de Gracia and Plaza Cataluna where you can find the main touritic spots in Barcelona, casa Battlo and La Pedrera along with the best shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and all the entertainment you can expect from Barcelona. From the main entrance lobby there are 14 steps up to the lift, which is key-operated and opens directly into the apartment. The hall area is the top of the main staircase and leads to a secondary door entrance below flooded with light from the skylight. The main living space has a sitting area with comfortable corner sofa, a dining table for up to 6, and a single large island kitchen unit with integrated fridge, oven and dishwasher, leading onto the dining terrace at the back where you can enjoy a peaceful meal or breakfast in the sun. We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most emblematic street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. Guests have access to the entire studio. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one.
