Wir haben uns viel Zeit genommen, für ein anspruchsvolles und stilvolles Ergebnis, damit ihr euch wie Zuhause fühlt. Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung erwartet euch im schönen Teil von Unterfranken. Die renovierte Wohnung ist sehr hell und stilvoll möbliert. Charmante Kombination aus ruhige Lage und nahen Zielen wie Kloster, Wein und Stadt. Leider ist die Wohnung NICHT für Kleinkinder geeignet.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Zepmeisel Vacation Rental & Alpacas

For your vacation, we offer you an apartment of about 80 square meters that was completely renovated and equipped in 2018. It can accommodate up to 5 people. A large living area with dining room & open kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and shower & a bedroom with double bed are available. The living room is equipped with a TV - the big sofa can be used as an additional sleeping option. In another room, 2 people can be accommodated in a bunk bed. Pets are welcome.

Holiday home right by the river

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

In our modern furnished, approx. 52 sqm apartment you will find a sunny bright living-dining room, a well-equipped fitted kitchen, a spacious bathroom (shower-bathtub!) and a cozy bedroom as well as a small balcony. Perfectly located for all nature and culture enthusiasts, perfect for cyclists, hikers and wine lovers. In the heart of Lower Franconia, everything you could want for your vacation is just a few minutes away.

With us you can relax in a lovingly furnished apartment overlooking the garden, enjoy the sun on the balcony and listen to the birds chirping. After a walk through the beautiful nature, a comfortable couch invites you to relax and watch TV and recharge at night in the cozy wide double bed. Vacation on the Main River

The apartment on the 2nd floor overlooking the Main River in the center of Obereisenheim is equipped with a beautiful large terrace with an awning, a kitchenette in the living area and 2 bedrooms. Optionally, the living area with sofa bed becomes another overnight accommodation. There is also a bedroom outside the apartment on the same floor. Overall, the apartment is for 2 - 8 people.

Cozy 1-room apartment

Kick back and relax in your quiet, stylish accommodation overlooking the countryside. Your accommodation is located approx. 5 minutes' walk from Leopoldina Hospital and approx. 20 minutes walk to downtown. In the immediate vicinity there is a bakery, a butcher, a deli and a pharmacy. The nearby wildlife park invites you to take leisurely walks.

Experience the comfort of our charming apartment, where we reside ourselves. Equipped with a Nespresso machine, smart TV and Wi-Fi, it offers all the amenities for a pleasant stay.
