This fabulous and stylish 4 bedroom villa with private pool is located near the city centre of Eindhoven. The pool is open from April until September and closed from October until March. The pool has a special cover that heats up the water by the sun, it is not an electric heated pool. With all facilities needed it's the ideal accommodation for families and business travellers looking for temporary housing in The Netherlands. We provide our guests full service during their entire stay.

This accommodation, located within the ring, is suitable for all types of travelers, even for longer periods. Centrally located, a 12-minute walk from Eindhoven station, Strijp S & the PSV stadium. The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.

Upper house - 2 persons in "De Bergen" (center)

Complete upstairs apartment in "De Bergen" At 50 meters from Wilhelminaplein, you will find our complete upstairs apartment with private entrance. The house is on the second and third floors of a building in which we ourselves occupy the first floor. Within walking distance of the city center and the train station. Good connections with Strijp-S, TUE, ASML etc. Suitable for business travelers. Our price INCLUDES tourist tax.
