Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

<3 Old belly arms with modern comfort <3 Built in 1877 and renovated in 2019, the holiday cottages in the Swabian Kirchheim under Teck/DE. Make yourself at home in our cozy cottage! The special thing about this newly renovated accommodation is the combination of the charming wooden beams and the modern furnishings. It is very easy to reach (whether train, bus or car) and is close to the city. You can park for free in the immediate vicinity.

Nice little house

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.

Old Transformers Tower

Our tiny house is a former transformer tower, which is a 5-minute walk from the old town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are nearby. The tower has a 32 sqm terrace that floats above the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and floor heating.
