At night, comfortably installed in your bed, admire the fascinating spectacle of the twinkling stars, and vibrate to the sounds of nature.

The "Barn" is is part of an old "forgeron" or blacksmith's property - it has been lovingly renovated to preserve all of it's original charm whilst providing an idillic setting to discover the Alsace wine route. Comprising of 2 generous master bedrooms with en-suite and a large open-plan living / dining and kitchen area on the ground floor leading out onto a wooden deck , perfect for enjoying the Alsace climate and local wine . On site parking for two vehicles .

Eguisheim, the cradle of the Alsatian vineyard, is an ancient fortified town, nestled at the foot of the vineyards near Colmar. The apartment is located in one of the most picturesque streets of the historic center, Rue du Rempart Sud, with its richly flowered half-timbered houses. It is located on the first and second floors of an old barn that we renovated and can accommodate 4 to 6 people. It offers all the comforts needed for a comfortable stay.

The entrance is private. Guests can park their car in the property's enclosed courtyard. Our family has been offering bed and breakfasts and cottages in this beautiful village for 35 years. The cottage is designed for 2 people only. Only adults without children. The accommodation is conveniently located on the wine route between Strasbourg (25 km) and Colmar (30 km). At the foot of Mont Sainte-Odile, Obernai, Mittelbergheim (classified village) are only a 5-minute drive away. For nature lovers, many trails are directly accessible from the cottage.
