It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. Egmond aan Zee is one of the most beautiful areas in The Netherlands only 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam (station Heiloo is 5 km from Egmond aan Zee). Excellent for hikes and cycling. There is a storage for the bikes with the house.

It is suitable for 2 adults or a family with max. 2 children. For 3 or 4 adults, the space is small. Welkom in onze recent (juli 2025) verbouwde Studio met een prachtige nieuwe Hotel Chique badkamer! Studio Drees; de perfecte combinatie van luxe en privacy. Het zonnige sfeervolle 1-kamerappartement ligt aan de rand van een rustige woonwijk, tegen de duinen bij Katwijk aan Zee. Met 5 minuten lopen ben je in de duinen. Slechts 12 minuten lopen naar het strand, de boulevard en het winkelcentrum. Met 4 minuten gratis fietsen ben je al bij de Space Expo/de Estec.

Studio for 2 people in a quiet cul-de-sac. Close to dunes and beach. From here, you can take beautiful bike rides. Egmond aan Zee 10 min cycling, Alkmaar only 7 km away. Close to artists village Bergen. Studio has its own entrance and living room with 2-person box spring and kitchen with fridge and 2-burner stove and private bathroom. Bed linen, towels and kitchen textiles included. Recommended to bring bicycles (or rent). Tickets for dune area on loan.

Wi-Fi, private parking, 4 free bicycles, tranquility, key safe for self check-in. TOURIST TAX €2.85 p/p/p/n, will be settled afterwards via a payment request. You enter the apartment through the hall with toilet. The bathroom is adjacent to the master bedroom. Through the last door you enter the spacious living room with kitchen. In the living room is the staircase to the second floor where the "children's" bedroom is with a headroom of 180 cm.

Summer house the driemaster

The place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). The summer house is entirely at your disposal. You have your own private entrance; and a passage to the shared garden. In the shared garden, you have access to a private terrace where you can sit in the afternoon in the sun. You can also safely store your bikes here. The cottage should also be left tidy and clean. Nor is it allow unnecessary to turn on the heating
