What a lovely old house , in a tiny peaceful village. We couldn't have had a nicer stop over on our trip from Portugal to Switzerland, and I enjoyed my birthday lazing and playing in the garden. The furnishings and kitchen are not modern, but the house is full of style and charm. Although early June, the house was cool at night and we used the amazing log burner. We were there on Whitsun Monday, and a lot of local shops and restaurants closed early, but we had a trip to the old hill top village of Usson, and bought the best ever chicken from a rotisserie in the nearby village. We didn't meet Sonia, but communication with her was very good and friendly.

The space was great! Beautiful decor, pleasant setting… we enjoyed it from start to finish😍. Nicolas is a really lovely and super responsive host! Little Wi-Fi issue? No problem, he immediately bounced back by offering us other nice activities on site, as a bonus🙌. And above all, a big surprise: he gave us bottles of champagne for the EVG 🍾🥳 — a thoughtful gesture that we will not forget! Honestly, a great stay, thanks again Nicolas!
