Cute, as good as new attic apartment, tastefully decorated, very clean and directly on the quietly rippling brook in an absolutely quiet little alley... quite wonderful to slow down for a few days at the magnificent Staffelsee. We felt right at home! Ms. Hahn is a very nice and helpful host - we will be happy to come back ;-)

A wonderful house in a beautiful spot. Amazing views and walkable distance from anything you need. The house is lovely! Felt like a home away from home. The hairs were very friendly and responsive. We are already thinking about going back in the future as it was perfect for our group of 7+ dog. Everything feels pretty new and clean and has all the amenities you need. Loved the sauna and balcony space with views. Would recommend to others for sure. We’ll be back one day!

They always answered my questions politely, and I was very comfortable.The bedding was particularly comfortable, and I even asked where it was purchased. Wake up to the sound of birds and enjoy the relaxing countryside.It is a good location for people who can definitely get around by car.Because we went from Munich to Murnau by DB and then by bus to the site.There were 3 buses a day, but considering the set time, it was almost like 2 buses.I recommend it.

The stay at the Georgenhof even exceeded our expectations. The mostly newly built courtyard in the old tradition exudes a down-to-earth atmosphere. Due to the secluded location of the property, it is incredibly quiet and really dark at night. No light pollution. The suckler herd in the immediate vicinity radiated incredible peace for us. It was exciting to watch the social life of the animals from the balcony. The environment and garden are very lovingly designed. There is always a new detail to discover. The apartment was perfect for 2 people and there is also a large beautiful common room with terrace where you can spend a cozy evening together with other guests and sometimes with the owners. Super nice, quiet complex with a lot of love for detail for young and old. Warm and friendly landlady in the farm. Privacy top. Child friendly in every way - at least for ours (7, 11, 13). Not exactly cheap, but we didn't regret it. Very relaxing stay with excursions and time on the estate!

I was with my dog for 1 week at Herbert and Gisela's place. The apartment was great, new & high-quality, clean & lovingly furnished. There was a parking space with a direct path to the balcony door, which was totally practical because of the luggage. I felt completely comfortable! Gisela & Herbert were super nice, Herbert showed me everything important & gave me excursion tips. He brought me the forgotten guest card shortly after my arrival. I met Gisela at the key handover at the end. I was asked directly how my stay was & if I had any suggestions for improvement. The hosts were easily accessible. The surroundings are great & especially quiet, you can walk around the lake & the beer garden has delicious food. If you want to make excursions further away, a car is an advantage. I needed about 30-40 minutes to get to Füssen & Partenkirchen. Clear recommendation and a big thank you for everything! :-)

We really loved this place! Functional kitchen with everything you need, cozy living room with beautiful fire place. Beautyful bathroom. Everything is super clean. Nice restaurants in walkable distance. Andrea was very responsive especially since we booked this place short in advance. If you like to experience modern Bavarian living in a small quiet village this the place to be.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and an absolute feel-good place. It has so many details in the amenities that we have not yet experienced (various kitchen appliances, well-equipped kitchen, care utensils in the bathroom, games, etc.) and make the apartment very special. There is ample space and storage and it is super cozy and comfortable and very bright and friendly. Ski stuff can be dried superbly in the large bathroom. Overall, the apartment is very warm despite the high ceilings and we even turned down the heating. The bed is worth mentioning, we have never slept so well on vacation, they are first-class mattresses. The hosts have really created something very special here and are very friendly and personable. We will definitely be coming back.
