Cute small apartment in a very pretty and central area of the city. A bit noisy (noises from the street and other apartments) but not very disturbing. I would recommend :)

We felt comfortable in the beautiful old cavalier house. It was particularly good that we could use the large garden and the huge trampoline.

Great place to stay at. Close and in walking distance to the city center. Everything as described. Very responsive, helpful and welcoming host. Highly recommended!

We (two adults + two children 4 and 5 years) felt very comfortable in Bernd's Achterkajüte! You can tell - in a positive sense! - that a private landlord is at work here, who cares about the well-being of his guests and the condition of his vacation property! From the very friendly welcome to the impeccable apartment (well photographed, corresponding to the photos), the use of the spacious garden for playing soccer with the children, the family-friendly environment in Loddin with delicious restaurant (recommendation: Kikis Bootsverleih & Restaurant in Loddin), the good location on Usedom... Eva's apartment is very clean and nicely furnished, the electrical appliances in the kitchen are high-quality, the dishes and cutlery are sufficient. The amenities of the accommodation are fine and you can also sit in the garden as well as in the beach chair, which is not far from the accommodation. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

It was a nice, clean and well-equipped apartment, 10 min walk from the center. There was a bottle of wine and a small breakfast ready, which was a very nice touch. There was a private garage around the corner, which saved parking costs. We were completely satisfied! :)

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The place is very peaceful, clean, and perfect for families with kids. Our children especially loved the mini football court and play area — such a great touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. The nearby lake and surrounding forest were beautiful and added so much to the calm, nature-filled atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, kid-friendly getaway close to nature!

We arrived at the property very late. It was good that the key was handed over by code. The house is very quiet at the end of Rankwitz. That was very pleasant. There is a spacious living room with well-equipped American kitchen and fireplace. We made ourselves comfortable there. The two bedrooms are also spacious. The bathroom is huge. The place was ideal for us and our two dogs. Unfortunately, we have found little opportunity in the area to walk along the backwater. But it didn't matter, we drove to the sea with the dogs anyway and were on the beach there. All in all it was a successful getaway. Unfortunately, it's too short. By the way, our host Andreas was available online almost 24/7. Thank you for this and for patiently answering questions, which of course you have also found in documents and information sheets, when you then found time to read it.

Sweet, cozy and pretty cottage in very nice, quiet surroundings and on a lovingly maintained, very large property, where you can really let off steam, especially in warm weather in summer (bivouac place, fireplaces, raft, beer garden, …). Nice and very open owners!

The property matched the description accurately. We were three families—six adults and four children—and the apartment, spread across two floors, offered ample space for everyone. We arrived in three cars and found plenty of public parking available directly in front of the apartment. Additionally, the host kindly offered the option to park within the property if needed. The host was accommodating and flexible, allowing for an early check-in. The beach is within walking distance, and there are several restaurants and grocery stores conveniently located nearby.

We were very happy with the place. Especially the garden, the hobby room and the sauna were a highlight. Small repairs would be recommended (leaky faucet in the kitchen). Thank you!

We had a lovely and relaxing time at Torsten's house. The view of the lake from the terrace is great. You just walk around two corners and you're quickly at the swimming area, which is below the accommodation. The old house is extensively renovated and partly furnished with antique furniture. The large shower is great, but the bathroom is located in such a way that you have to go through one bedroom. Particularly great was the baker diagonally opposite, who has a fantastic and inexpensive selection. Torsten was always easily accessible and responded kindly to a mishap of mine. We would love to come again.

Super nice house. Sauna fans will get their money's worth. Top amenities. Everything was available. There was a welcome gift for dog Frieda. Great surprise. We felt very comfortable. Highly recommend.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the roof terrace is on the 3rd floor (without elevator). Less than 5 minutes to the market square walking distance. Quietly located despite its central location, parking only in the public area. A very nicely decorated apartment, it is also large and you will find everything you need. The hosts are very nice and friendly. We felt very comfortable at the apartment, would be happy to come back.

Andrea is a relaxed and friendly host! Absolutely accommodating and helpful! She was always quickly accessible and had many good tips for excursions nearby. The apartment was very clean! It offers plenty of space for 2.5 people (although tall people have to duck their heads at some doors). I think the bathroom is great, as there is a shower (also sufficiently large) AND bathtub!! The kitchen is also very well equipped. The balcony is spacious enough to have breakfast or end the evening comfortably and the view is fantastic!!! The garden is certainly a real snack garden in summer/autumn with fruit trees and shrubs.... All in all, we felt very comfortable there and can only recommend this apartment!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Beautifully quiet private-feeling corner cottage. Everything present, of good quality. Due to a short circuit, we were in trouble for a while, but Sandra responded immediately and solved the problem. Wonderful garden to sit in. On the right, the dachas of the locals with rich gardens. Lots of singing diverse birds! Left, the modern villas. Old meets new. Sleep well!

This is amazing place for out-of-towners to stay. A grocery store with integrated bakery/cafe (and in season, even a strawberry stand) literally on the other side of the street. It‘s an easy, under-10-minute walk to bus stops to the train station or out to the beach. The old quarter of town with shops, restaurants and sightseeing is only 10 minutes away. About the apartment itself: the huge farmhouse-style kitchen with big table means that families or groups of friends can really sit together and visit, even if part of the group needs to rest (as in our case, where some of us were still jet-lagged). Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. All in all, a really charming place to stay in a perfect location. Katja, the host, is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. Both thumbs up!

We are totally satisfied with the stay in this beautiful apartment! The place was just like the photos – clean and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the large roof terrace. The host was always friendly, easily accessible and reliably took care of everything related to check-in and stay. The location of the apartment is ideal – shopping is right next door, the city center is just a stone's throw away and wonderfully quiet, as it is located on the courtyard side. We would come back anytime and can really only recommend the accommodation!

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. The fact that there is a swimming pool, sauna and gym in the house is very pleasant. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. Very positive is the proximity to the beach, within walking distance in three, four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin is also a 5-minute walk away and we used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We enjoyed our time with Andrea very much and were completely satisfied with the accommodation :) The kitchen is superbly equipped and the apartment is very clean and cozy.
