It is completely made of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The cottage is equipped with every comfort, everything you need is available. Enjoy the scenery and the skies, the peace and the space!

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

In this stylish and unique accommodation surrounded by nature and with the city of Groningen around the corner (center 8 km), you will find our Airbnb. You have stunning views over the Woldmeer. Er is een gezellige open haard aanwezig. De ruime keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, in de woonkamer bevindt zich een tv, radio en WIFI. Het huisje heeft twee slaapkamers voor twee personen. Beide slaapkamers hebben een eigen douche.
