Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

Welcome in our B&B Kolholsterhorn. Come and enjoy the countryside environment and tranquility. Beautiful bikes and hiking trails nearby. You stay in a converted barn, this is an apartment for 4 people with 2 sleeping rooms (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs) downstairs is all on the same floor ,wheelchair friendly. Also there is a kitchen at your disposal with dishwasher and washing machine. In the bathroom, you can enjoy the Jacuzzi! basic amenities are provided, and coffee, and tea.

Unfortunately, our apartments are temporarily closed until spring/summer 2026 for a major renovation. They will be modernized, even more luxurious, wheelchair-friendly where possible and as energy-neutral as possible, with improved insulation, sustainable heating systems and modern facilities for lower energy consumption. Stay tuned for our reopening! We are looking for guests who want to stay at a discounted rate to fine-tune the final details.

De Hude

In a beautiful location in the open landscape of the Oldambt in the east of the province of Groningen, there is a farm from 1771 of the oldest Oldambster type. The perfect place to discover the Oldambt! It is a unique farm, the only remaining farm of this type in its original form. The farm has been completely restored and two luxury guest houses have been created: the Hude in the original living area, and a second new house called Ruiterstok.
