Apartment in a residential area

The apartment (22 sqm) is located in a villa with its own entrance. Parking is available outside the apartment, but please let me know beforehand so I can leave a space there. There's also a bus stop for Mörby Centrum, which quickly takes you to central Stockholm. There is a 120 cm wide bed, a 90 cm bed, and a sofa bed. Upon arrival, the beds are freshly made, and cleaning on the day of departure is included. A simple breakfast is included (bread, butter, cheese, ham, and yoghurt). The area is quiet and nice. The apartment is animal- and smoke-free.

Own house in 2024 Danderyd, 15 min to STHLM city

Brand new and fully equipped house of 28 sqm in Danderyd, 15 minutes north of central Stockholm. The house was completed in January 2024 and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac 100 meters from a fantastic nature reserve with endless options for walking, hiking and swimming. In 10-15 minutes by car, you can reach both the sea with nice swimming areas or two of Scandinavia's largest shopping centers (Täby Centrum and Mall of Scandinavia. The house has waterborne floor heating, a permanent workplace, good Wi-Fi and parking with charging.

Bedroom, heated sauna by the sea

My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely balcony and outdoor shower. In the 15 sqm cottage there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, porcelain, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck, there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen, where you can go by ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.

Cottage close nature. 15 min to Sthlm. Up to 4 ppl

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Waterfront house with jacuzzi & jetty in Stockholm

Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). The Jetty Suite, with Sauna, canoe & add-on spa

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Right next to recreational forrest trails, golf course, bike tracks and beautiful lake Edsviken. Perfect for commuters, single travellers and couples looking for a central location in a beautiful setting with excellent communications. The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located in Helenelund/Fågelsången, close to Järvafältet. The house is just a couple of kilometers from a nice beach in Edsviken and 2 km to EdsbergsEdsbergs Sportfält with ski slope, bike park, high-altitude track, running loops and artificial grass fields.
