This romantic summerhouse is located in the first row to the beautiful Swedish archipelago on the cliff island of Orust. With a view of the calm sea and with its own jetty, it is difficult to find a more idyllic location. The house is completely renovated with a large, luxurious bathroom and a large wooden terrace. Everything is in perfect condition. Here you will stay out in the middle of nature, only surrounded by the forest and the sea. Grab a bottle of wine and the one you love under your arm. It's hard not to fall in love - both instead and with each other.

You are close to the water with swimming jetties, and there is also a swimming area with beach and jetty within walking distance. The area has boule court and a football field. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty, you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Launching ramp is 300 meters away from the house. Parking is included, about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. Upstairs, there is a hall with a sleeping alcove, a total of 3 bedrooms and a toilet.
