The Chaika is a lovely house on a secluded lot at the end of a street with no other house adjacent and no thru traffic. Beautiful live oak in front gives a nice view out the glassed-in porch. Only a short 5-minute walk to the beach on a rarely-used sandy drive. 5-minute drive to St. Helena sound for calmer waters and great beach combing. The Rooney Bin has a spacious floor plan to all the extras that will make a lovely reminder that you are at the beach. There is a picnic area under the house with a picnic table, fan, rocking chairs and two swings to enjoy. Minimum age for renter: 25 ALL LINENS INCLUDED.

Dogs welcome with $100 non refundable pet fee. Our home is a traditional family beach house. A place to relax and refuel. We hope you will enjoy the laid back pace locals often refer to as Edislow. We provide a terrific location, clean home, linens, stocked kitchen, paper products (starter set) and several beach towels/chairs. Our hope is that you will kick up your feet and relax.

Iguana - offbeat meets easygoing

The Iguana accommodates six guests comfortably with three generously sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open floor plan, large screened front porch and back deck all provide lots of space to relax together. Guests are welcome to bring one pet.
