The home was very cute, clean, with a well stocked kitchen! Lauren was also very responsive and offered lots of suggestions. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the Bushkill area!

Our group of 12 had an amazing weekend at Alex’s. We felt right at home and were all so impressed with all the amenities like badminton, a football, games, fireplace, kitchen supplies, everything you could need and more! The place was very clean. Gorgeous location, we really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Would love to come again!

I stayed at Vinnie's with my family for my graduation! It's such a beautiful area- so much wildlife! - and the house overlooks the river! I'm from Boston and it was so nice to get out of the city for a few days and reconnect with my family and nature. We saw 6 deer, a raccoon, a skunk, and an opossum :) Vinnie was extremely responsive with any questions we had and was very kind. Thanks for a great weekends Vinnie!!

we were 9 people and had a comfortable, relaxing stay at RJ's place. We were looking for a cozy place in quiet area. The jacuzzi and kids games upstairs where great.

5 stars - A Perfect Couples’ Getaway! My husband and I had the most peaceful and rejuvenating stay at this beautiful mountainside cabin! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The view alone is breathtaking — waking up to the sunrise over the mountains and ending the day in the hot tub under the stars was truly magical. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing weekend. We loved how secluded it felt while still being conveniently located near local attractions. Justin was an amazing host — super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful with every detail. You can tell he really cares about making each guest’s stay special. This was the romantic escape we needed and we’re already planning to come back — highly recommend for couples looking to unwind in nature with a touch of luxury!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, beds were very comfortable and everything worked nicely. The place was so peaceful and private, and the surroundings were beautiful. We visited the Bushkill Falls, which is only a few minutes away from the house, so location was perfect for us. We didn’t have time to use the hot tub and sauna, but both looked clean and well-maintained. Communication with hosts was also excellent! I recommend staying here and would come back again.

Her cabin feels very homey for a ski trip! Very accommodating host and comfortable beds. The water pressure in the bathrooms are nice and the windows in the living room make the place feel even more spacious. We had a good time!

I booked this property as a kind of ad hoc writing retreat. It was the perfect location to complete what work I needed to do. A quick drive into Sparta for restaurants and supplies also made this a great location.

Great place to go and unwind, take a break from the city, very quiet and peaceful place, felt right at home so comfortable and clean my kids loved the lake and didn't wanted to leave. Great host very attentive & great communication very helpful with directions too, can't wait to go back, the house has everything you need to spend quality time with family. (Or friends). Thanks.

Nice, spacious cabin, beautiful outdoor space. We really loved the creek running downhill in the backyard and the retro vibe of the kitchen (even with the modern appliances). The bathroom is pretty small but that was really the only complaint from us.

David’s camp is spectacular. Meeting us two at the appointed time, he could not have been more gracious and friendly as we toured the property that he has been developing for over a decade. Our lodging had all the qualities of a cabin in the woods that we could imagine plus modern technology, a beautiful bathroom, modern kitchen, comfortable furniture, a vast bedroom, and a sheltered porches on two levels. David’s handiwork includes two fish ponds, a waterfall, and more features in progress. The camp is staggering in scope and execution, but David himself is the highlight.

We were looking for a place to spend Christmas with our older daughter who has a tiny studio in the Bronx. The carriage house was in a fantastic location, convenient to the GW Bridge and our daughter’s apartment. The private parking was wonderful and the property was right next to some woods which were perfect for our dog. The apartment was spacious enough for our Christmas together and very well appointed including spices in the kitchen. Our bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Joe and Victoria were very gracious, helpful hosts who were very responsive communicators and provided a lot of good local info. I would highly recommend the Carriage house; I know we’ll be back!

My nerd crew wanted a fun place to do a weekend board game getaway, and we had a terrific time at this house! We had some minor setbacks where the cleaners had missed a little bit in setup, but Alex was very responsive and helpful in getting us sorted out. The house and location were very beautiful, and we appreciated that we were able to bring our elderly dogs. I think I might highlight for others that the steep cliff and stairs to the water are a little stressful when you bring small children and pets, especially when slippery after rain, but that should probably be evident from the photos. The gas stove also doesn't have a vent, so I would only use it in warmer weather when you can open all the windows. The town was super cute! We had a great time exploring and enjoyed finding the "Tiny House of Newton", which is a fancy landmark dollhouse in town. Thanks so much for having us in your beautiful place!

We loved our stay at this log cabin and especially appreciated the great views and proximity to the creek.

nice rental. hosts communication was superb. very nice and quiet community w tons of amenities. we went to the lake thinking we would have to pay hourly rate for boat rental and the boats were free to take out on lake as long as you wanted. we took out a canoe. everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Guests were all very friendly and respectful as well. We had great time and would definitely recommend this rental and the community.

Wonderful stay ! Everything we needed could be found here during this stay. It was perfect for little ones, we had 3 ranging from 4-5 and between games and activities we bought and the trampoline, fire pit, and community pool & park they were all thoroughly entertained. We traveled to Poconos Raceway for Mudgirl obstacle course, which was about a 50 minute commute but we didn’t mind the drive. Overall a great stay and would recommend/stay again !

This place was adorable and so cozy, it was even better than described. The home was beautiful and Nancy included more than enough amenities. Definitely recommend for a cute little weekend by the lake.

The cabin itself was pristine. Incredibly well thought out mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. I was very pleased at how clean and well maintained the cabin was. Every piece of furniture extremely comfortable from the living area, to the den, to the beds! Cabinets were well stocked with everything you could need for cooking, baking, grilling and frying. Beautiful hand built closets full of extra blankets, towels, sheets, clothing iron and other things to make your stay that much more comfortable. The main bathroom was one of the main reasons I picked this place. It is so gorgeous! Renovated and stunning. Double large skylights that look up through the trees and into the stars. The river is a 5 second walk across the small dirt road and through a very cute archway of small trees. Eric and the team were so accommodating when something was not working. They immediately sent over substitute items to address the problem. I was very impressed with that level of service.

Harris' cabin was great, it had everything we needed and more. The proximity to the creek was the real selling point and the fire pit right on the shore was the cherry on top.

Great host and great stay! We really enjoyed our time here, would highly recommend to anyone interested. Beautiful, peaceful, everything we needed and more.
