Cozy Private Studio Close to Downtown Orlando

Located near the heart of downtown, our place has a quaint feel with so much to offer. The studio is attached to the house but is completely separated from us. Private entrance and private area with also everything such as bedroom, bathroom, and full kitchen which is fully equipped. The studio offers plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, shopping plazas, etc. We are close to ORMC medical center located near downtown Orlando. The best part, is that we are only 15 min from Orlando airport!

We have had Lisandra’s Airbnb for several weeks while needing to be in Orlando for work. The property is perfect; spacious, clean, quiet & great location with some great restaurants near by (including an amazing Puerto Rican place). Lisandra has been hugely helpful, communicative & flexible.

This was a delightful home in a quiet older neighborhood. Although surrounding houses were not necessarily well kept, this house was decorated meticulously both inside and out as well as being very clean. It was the perfect home for 4 people. I do not think I would want more people in this small but comfortable setting. The fooz ball table was fun, and the outside setting was perfect for early morning coffee, and minigolf. The house was well stocked with many extras such as charging cords in all bedrooms. Angie communicated very quickly, and did not require the ridulous checkout procedures of many other ARBNB rentals. I would definitely rent this again when back in Orlando. We enjoyed our stay.

I am so blown away by this Airbnb. It is by far the best one I have ever stayed in. No description I could write would do it justice. It’s a little slice of paradise. It was perfect!! I booked it for just one night for the last leg of our Disney vacation and I wish we had stayed the entire time. We are already planning to return in a few months so we can fully enjoy the property. The place is gorgeous, better than the photos even, and spotlessly clean with all amenities you could think of. The pool is stunning (my family builds pools and we were very impressed with it). It is so peaceful and serene, with fire pits and rest areas. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hosts were so accommodating and friendly, with great communication and recommended us a great restaurant. We loved the serenity and privacy of this guest house. We look forward to our next stay!!
