Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Edgecliff

Stayed here for about 2 weeks and enjoyed every bit of it! In a great area that’s quiet at night and is a short bus ride to the city and bondi/bondi junction as well. Home was clean upon arrival and had no issues during my stay.

Beautiful studio with attention to detail (great supplies in kitchen, good quality linens in bedroom and bathroom, good air con, easy to open/close shutters for privacy). Easy access to surrounding suburbs/restaurants/pubs/parks. Would stay here again when visiting Sydney.

Helen’s home provided such a beautiful stay. There was a warm welcoming atmosphere as soon as we stepped in, the place is impeccable styled and exceptionally clean. Plus, you cannot beat the location. Thank you so much Helen!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sarah’s apartment. It’s beautifully designed and we had everything we needed for a three night stay. The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet and there are some great cafes nearby. Sarah was a responsive and thoughtful host. Excellent experience overall - one of our best on Airbnb

Thomas’s place was central to Sydney city, but enough in the suburbs that it was quiet and peaceful outside. The bnb is the back of a Mosman property, small but has everything you need. The family has two small children so can be a little noisy of an evening but it really isn’t anything to be worried about, nights are quiet . The bed and couches were comfy and breakfast was provided for you. No extra sink/ washing up liquid to wash kitchen things, which was a little odd. But the bathroom one would be suffice if you were staying more than one night. The bedroom has a heater/ac and is spacious enough for two adults. Overall, the place is exactly what I was looking for, for one night.

Location, location, location! Charlotte’s place in Tamarama is an absolute gem. It has everything you could possibly need, with the most spectacular views and what truly feels like your own private beach. The home is spacious, super comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. Charlotte was incredibly accommodating she made our late check-in seamless and was so helpful throughout. I loved my stay at the Barn in paddington. Chantal was extremely helpful and even met me at check in to explained everything in detail. The place is very tastefully decorated and had everything I needed for my stay, and was walking distance to everything Paddington has to offer!

Lovely little place in the heart of Darlinghurst. A short walk away from Oxford Street, and some lovely cafes nearby. Walking distance from the CBD - very clean and cozy. Thanks Jo for a lovely stay!

Jenny met me at the apartment and allowed me to drop bags early which she also helped to bring up in lift(all those years of surfing have kept her strong and agile 😁) She was so helpful and honestly it felt like she was an old friend that I hadn’t seen for a while. The apartment has everything you need for short or long stays with a lovely balcony and amazing views. One of the attractions for me in the first instance was the secure parking which can be hard to come by in the city and I guess the service and apartment were the icing on the cake. An easy walk into kings cross for awesome restaurants and bars but sitting out on the balcony of an evening you wouldn’t know as it’s so quiet and peaceful. Will definitely be staying here again and thanks Jenny for everything

I loved everything about my stay. Beautiful and comfortable home with lots of character. Felt like I was at home. The area is one of my favourites and didn’t disappoint. I would definitely love to stay again.

I booked this place only for 2 nights just to get a pretty Vivid view and it was absolutely worth it. As others have mentioned, photos don't do the view justice - it's much better in person. I wasn't able to catch a fireworks show but the Vivid light show itself was amazing. As a host, Glenn is very responsive and friendly. He goes above and beyond with lil extras like snacks, toiletries, etc. The unit isn't the most updated (a bit vintage style) but it was very clean, well-maintained, intentionally designed, so it's still a great place overall. The common areas (entrance, hallways, elevator, etc.) are in need of updating but it doesn't interfere with the experience much. I'm not familiar with Sydney enough to know the price value (I paid $185/night USD) but I will say the view was truly beautiful and maybe one of the best from that area near North Sydney.

Highly recommend! Super clean, bright, spacious 2 bedder. Fantastic location, walkable to great restaurants, parks, transport. Owner left snacks and staples, which was a nice touch.

Treated my daughter and a few friends to the most wonderful evening at this gorgeous penthouse. Stunning city skyline views, spacious outdoor areas, pristine modern 2br apartment. Instructions very clear, local tips, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked, host friendly. We absolutely loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Absolutely loved staying at Elli & Sam’s place in the beautiful and picturesque Darlinghusrt. We walked everywhere, to so many amazing cafes, restaurants and bars, and public transport was easy to get around. The apartment itself was stunning, so much light, airy, clean, comfortable and there is a private rooftop! Elli and Sam are both so kind and easy to communicate with, and just so helpful. We had such a great stay and cannot wait to stay again.

Great location beautiful property well maintained

Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Coogee. The apartment was spacious, tidy, and well-appointed. The furniture and mattress were very comfortable, and all the amenities were clean and easy to use. Penny was a fantastic host—very helpful and lovely to meet in person. I’d definitely recommend this place to couples or families with children looking for a relaxed and comfortable stay.

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

Great compact apartment in Potts Point, in a very central area. Close to shops, cafes, public transport and restaurants. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Everything’s was as displayed in the listing.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.
