The main room offers a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette) with a small portafilter machine for loose coffee and capsules (e.g. Illy), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

The semi-detached house with separate entrance, renovated in April 2023, is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, on the edge of the "Engelsmeer" nature reserve. You will be staying in the entire basement. A double room and, if required, an additional single room are available to you. Parking is on the premises. Your pet is as welcome in our house as you are.
