On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a pond. There is a children's playground directly across the street. Guest Wi-Fi available!

The apartment is located in Bremen St. Magnus within walking distance of Constructor University and the train station. It is a beautiful and spacious place with a very characteristic charm. The apartment is approximately 70 square meters, has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. Unsere Wohnung (ca 70qm) mit kleinem Balkon, Schlafzimmer, Küche, Wohnzimmer, ist in Bremen Nord, St.Magnus gelegen. Die Constructor University und der Bahnhof sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Das lila Gästehaus steht in einem weitläufigen Garten mit alten Bäumen nah am Bauernhof und bietet Platz für Zweisamkeit, aber auch vier Erwachsene oder eine Familie. Überall in dem Garten und auf dem Hof finden sich schattige Plätze für die Großen zum Verweilen und verwucherte Geheimecken und Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Enjoy a stay in the former home of the painters Fritz and Hermine Overbeck in a modernly furnished 2-room apartment in a friendly and lively multi-generational house with its own terrace and garden access. The apartment is centrally located (shopping possibility, S-Bahn connection on foot) and at the same time in a green oasis in a scenic location (Schönebecker Aue, Bremer Schweiz).
