Close to public transportation (bus 2 mins) and the RTS, the EPFL École Polytechnique (opposite), SwissTech Convention Center, Rolex Learning Center, EPFL Innovation Park and Unil (University of Lausanne), as well as all food shops.

Nice 2.5 room apartment for 2 people maximum, in a small building with character, high ceilings, quiet. The apartment is located in a privileged area, and close to everything: Lausanne train station (1km), Bellerive beach (1km), Migros store (100m), Milan park and its botanical garden (100m). The apartment has a double bed, and a convertible sofa bed allowing sleeping 2 people separately. A private parking space ( max 4m long ) is available.
