This space was really great. It's very accessible to the beach and many places to eat. It is also very private and was extremely clean. I will be staying here again in the future.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the beautiful place of Mercedes and Carlos. The surrounding nature is stunning, the house has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and the area feels very safe. Mercedes and Carlos are wonderful hosts — kind, attentive, and always ready to help. I would happily return!

Creo que está ubicado en un excelente lugar: no tan lejos del centro, pero tampoco demasiado cerca. Todo se puede hacer caminando, lo cual es importante considerando la cantidad de personas y fiestas que hay en Baños. Así, uno puede descansar sin ruido, algo fundamental si se viaja en familia, como en mi caso. La casa ha sido pensada con atención a la individualidad del huésped. ¿A qué me refiero? Al ingreso autónomo, cerraduras con clave, llaves con lockers, etc. Esto resulta muy cómodo, ya que garantiza que uno puede entrar y salir, especialmente durante el check-in y check-out, sin depender del dueño. El lugar en sí es una suite, y se nota que ha habido una preocupación por el diseño. Hay detalles decorativos por aquí y por allá, como las paredes con cerámica decorativa Graiman, y una armonía de tonos verdes y cafés en todo el espacio. Se nota que le han puesto dedicación y cariño. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía placentera.

Tania is a wonderful host – truly passionate and wholeheartedly dedicated. She took great care of me, was always available, and is such a kind and warm soul. I immediately felt welcome and well looked after. The place was spotless, very well maintained, and offered plenty of space, giving you that relaxed holiday feeling without breaking the budget. The location is absolutely stunning – peaceful, close to nature, and with a breathtaking view of the sea. I felt completely at ease and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended!

This was my second time staying at this incredible home, and I can’t recommend it enough! The house is absolutely huge—much bigger and more impressive than the pictures show. The location is perfect, right in the heart of all the action, making it easy to enjoy plenty of activities nearby. Beyond the home itself, the owner and assistant were outstanding—so welcoming, responsive, and truly go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. If you're looking for a spacious, well-located, and well-managed place to stay, this is it! I’ll definitely be back again.

Ubicacion tranquila, cerca de playa & restaurantes. Recomendado usar la hamaca en la puesta del sol.

El departamento es A1. La decoración es de primera. La vista es amplia y se ve el río. Muy grande. Tanto la sala comedor, como los dos dormitorios, cada uno con su baño incorporado. El aire acondicionado es fuerte. No sentí calor en ningún momento. La cocina totalmente equipada. No faltaba nada. La recepción del edificio es un hotel de 5 estrellas. Y el personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Ni un solo pero. Nada que mejorar. Y Mónica, me ayudó en todo lo que necesitaba. Respondía de inmediato. Impecable. Hasta me ayudaron con las maletas. Gracias Jeremías. Sin duda, acá vengo cada vez que regrese a Guayaquil. Gracias Mónica!!

The apartment is newly built, with 24-hour security and a gym. The room is fully equipped, you can cook, there is a TV, and it is very warm and comfortable. It is close to supermarkets and restaurants, and life is super convenient. I stayed there for 2 weeks and highly recommend it.

I stayed in Silvania’s place for my 1st night in Ecuador and it was the best way to get introduced to Ecuador. Traveling solo I felt safe in the area and there are a lot of restaurants, shops, and Parque La Carolina nearby. Building is very safe and secluded. Highly recommend!

This loft apartment was clean and cozy, well located. The bed was comfy wirh extra pillows and blanket. And nice smell beddings. Juan is an intelligent, caring and proactive men, who mostly communicate promtly. He always gave me local advise when I was in need. The washer and dryer works great. The place iš mostly quiet. There is currently, the opposite corner house, under reconstruction with a lot of drilling, etc. I ĥave enjoyed this place. would recommend for sure

Great place, close to everything to shops, restaurants, hospitals and grocery stores and felt very safe overall. Very cozy place that has everything you need and access to a washer machine. 100% recommend it

Had to book a super last minute stay due to a canceled flight and Fede helped make sure I had a quick and easy check in and check out for the night. Apartment is nice in a good location. Would stay here again.

Muy acogedor lugar. Limpio, iluminado, buena vista, muy funcional. Hay tiendas, farmacia, Micromercado a los que se puede acceder caminando. Cerca de todo.

DON’T EVEN HESITATE – this is the best place to stay in Quito!!! We’ve traveled to 70 countries, and the view from this apartment in Quito is the best we’ve ever seen. Staying here feels like living in a palace – it’s an amazing experience. The apartment combines the atmosphere of a castle with all the modern amenities you need, from a microwave to a washing machine. Every morning, we were uplifted by the stunning mountain panorama, which brought an incredible sense of peace and tranquility. Meanwhile, my wife, who loves the opposite – lively places, cafes, and shops – was delighted that this elegant part of the city, with all its conveniences, was just a five-minute walk from the apartment)) Those five minutes do involve a bit of a climb up a staircase, but it’s worth it for the beautiful views along the way. Now we’re in love with Ecuador as a country – thanks to its contrasts and the unique blend of old and new. Daniel is the best host a guest could ever have. 100% recommendation

One of the best places to stay in Montañita! Perfect for digital nomads, with fast internet, a spacious desk/table, and a comfortably cool atmosphere. Surfers will also love the location—just a 5-minute walk to La Punta. The property is beautifully maintained, offering a serene, well-kept environment that’s conveniently close to both Montañita and Olón. I thoroughly enjoyed my three-week stay and highly recommend it!
