I traveled with my family (5). The apartment is very nice, as shown in the photos. It had all the amenities to make us feel at home. The accommodation included a safe parking lot for our vehicle. We also had access to the building's pool. It is 3 blocks from the beach, which makes it perfect for walking and avoiding the noise of the pier area. Quiet, safe area. We loved the apartment, we look forward to returning soon.

Great place! If your looking to get out of the city and be close to nature. Place is as described in the photos. Decent walk(steep hill some may find) into nearby shops on the main Street. Local buses head out every 5 minutes from the main Street which is very convenient to hear into Otavalo. May want ear plugs for late evenings and mornings as the local dogs can get a bit annoying. Highly recommend place!

The house is very nice and cozy, very clean and with the necessary amenities to have a good time. We loved the outdoor social area, with a grill for a good barbecue and enough space for the children to run. There's a restaurant inside the citadel, very safe, the guards go around making rounds. The pools in the residential development were a very good plus. Karla answered all our questions and gave us good tips on the area. The air conditioning in each room was very much appreciated. We'll be back for sure, we'll have a great time, thank you.
