Hacienda Chan Chan is a working dairy farm nestled in the mountains North of Cuenca near the picturesque village of Chiquintad. We milk roughly 30 cows on 90 hectares, which leaves lots of room for hiking and exploring. The bungalow is a cozy wooden cabin with two bedrooms, including a lofted bed with a skylight for star gazing. The living room includes an efficient wood stove to warm the chilly nights. We no longer offer breakfast or any meals. Please bring food to cook.

This charming two story cottage, known as Casa Verde, is located on a delightful organic farm 5 minutes outside of Cotacachi (15 minutes from Otavalo and 1.5 hrs from Quito). It is a cozy retreat nestled between the Andes Mountains of Mama Cotacachi and Taita Imbabura with expansive organic vegetable gardens that our guests are welcome to enjoy.
