There is a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge freezer and of course a stove and oven. To your right you will find the bedroom with double bed, TV, desk and two comfortable armchairs to relax. In this room there is a wardrobe, another chest of drawers for your clothes and a work area with a sideboard. This room faces south-west. You have sun there all day and in the evening. A veranda with seating is also exclusively available to you. To your left is a bright bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink with cabinet, window and a bathroom radiator. There is a pleasant floor heating throughout the apartment.
